Easy to set up and use. You do have to install the counter sticker for the charger to work. So if you don’t mind the sticker it’s great. Nice to have the ease of setting your phone down to charge. Would be great for a desk too!

So I wanted something I could put on my desk that didn’t take up much space. This was perfect. It was extremely easy to install. It doesn’t take up any space up top as most of it, as you can see from the pictures below, is underneath the desk. Most importantly, it works very well. I’ve had it for a month now, and it makes charging so much more easier. Just setting the phone down on top of it without having to look for a cord to plug-in is phenomenal…

Pad has started to discolor and melt in the middle after using it a handful of times with an iPhone 15.Update: seller reached out and we tried to resolve the issue, they said they’ve not seen this before, so maybe my unit was defective, they offered a replacement unit or refund, which is appreciated.

I've updated my review of this product to 5 stars, not because I was able to get it to work, but because of the outstanding customer service I received! I think I may have received a defective product, but the seller was amazingly quick at reaching out and working with me to satisfactory resolution. Their customer service was top notch! I would still remind people that you cannot have a metal plate on your case or phone to use this, or any cordless charger.I really wanted this to work. It's for an elderly person and I was hoping to give them the ease of sitting the phone on a charger, but I could not get this charger to work. At first I realized it was because the case I was using had a metal ring on the back. This charger WILL NOT charge through the metal. So seeing this, I swapped cases and used a plastic pop socket. The illustrations on the selling page show that this charger will work with that. Nope! It would initially start charging, with shouts of jubilation, but then stop charging after just a few seconds, much to the dismay of those invested in getting this to work.I tinkered with this thing all afternoon, moving the phone around, trying different angles, but nothing and have finally given up. It seems some people were able to get this thing to work, however I could not and will be returning.

I installed this under my desk and it says my phone is charging but the battery level never increases. Everything gets hot but doesn't charge.
