It was easy to install and looks fantastic. The original was on over 40 years and I didn't know if I could find a replacement. Much cheaper than the specialty Symmons stores locally. Very satisfied.

Exact fit, good quality on par with original
This kit is an exact fit for replacing my original 35 year old escutcheon that had stained and pitted over the years from harsh cleaning products and just old age. The new kit makes our shower look brand new! I took off a star because like others mention it doesn't come with the little Symmons T-27CL Bagged Retainer Clip that you'll need. Mine also didn't come with the 2 phillips head screws needed to secure it to attach it to the valve body. Luckily my original screws were in great shape (stainless) so I just used those.

Exactly as pictured - you may need to obtain a little retaining clip elsewhere!
Update: it's already rusting after one year. No wonder they have to sell these!Though this is a perfect-fit replacement part, it lacks the tiny diverter retaining clip that you will want to replace when using this trim replacement. The clips rust out, just like everything else on the temptrol trim!
