This thing is fast. My grandma is getting older and a lot of stores she frequents do not have the mobile carts so she invested in herself and bought this. This thing gets around! My grandma is a solid 350lbs and she sits in this comfortably and it is powerful still! She keeps it on level 1 speed and it’s still fast. Quality is great. It’s sturdy and comfortable. It’s a bit heavier than expected, but not unmanageable. It folds easily to get into the vehicle. The only thing I don’t like is having to take the footrests off to fit in my car, but they are easy and fast to remove. Safety is top notch. This thing has a seatbelt so that’s great. It also can announce when you are reversing and has a loud horn to alert people around you.

The chair made it easier for my mother when on vacation and doing some tours. The chair was much more intuitive than the scooter she has and it was easier for her to maneuver especially with the tight turning radius it offers. The speed can be changed from slow to quite fast if needed. She used it on low speed which was fine for her. Setup of the chair was easy out the box. I charged the battery overnight and it was ready to go in the morning. Once charged it lasted a long time. It was easy to fold and it fit in my car with room to spare. The larger wheels on the back make it sturdy and the ride smooth and comfortable. It was also nice when my mom felt a bit nervous driving the chair in a crowded market to disconnect the battery and use the chair manually. It was a bit heavy for me to lift by myself but I was able to manage. Overall it's a great chair glad I was able to get it quickly.

Not trying to stereotype here, but many things from China are poorly made in my experience. This is a definite exception! The alloy tubular framing is SOLID and thick. The welds are strong and done properly. The motors seem of exceptional quality and appear to be sealed from water intrusion and egress- same for the transfer cases (gearboxes). Wiring is of an appropriate gauge and ran in the right areas to the appropriate places. Battery is heavy, but the heavier the battery -typically - the longer the range. Battery is serviceable, just open the battery case and replace . These batteries in all scooters usually only last 3-5 years. Assembly was super easy. Control panel/joystick seems ok but please don't be rough with it, God only knows how you replace it if it breaks!!! Very comfrotable with the included cushions. If you're looking for an electric wheelchair/scooter in the price range of $400-600, this should be your pick. I've dealt with scooters for 40 years (grandparents, parents, now me, as I have MS). I'll be honest this chair exceeds the quality and durability of chairs in the $2000 price range!!! Try this chair, you will not be disappointed. I had an issue with shipping, and the seller was quick to respond and tried to make things right. I love this seller, and wish them the best. Definitely trustworthy! You can YouTube this chair and find videos of it being made in the factory. Not easy ,but I found them after digging and digging through videos, just search "Tanghomy wheelchair" and videos come up. Folding is OK, wish it folded thinner but oh well.

This is a gift for my Dad who is 83 the chair is wonderful, he loves it, its handling is easy for him and very easy to fold up to pack in the car, The weight is very easy for me to put in the car and the battery was very easy to take off and put on. Also was very easy to put to gather the control panel is easy for him to see and handle.

I purchased this wheelchair for a family member who recently went through a major health challenge. It has truly made a big difference in their daily life. The chair is lightweight but very sturdy, and it’s easy to fold and transport in the car. The seat is comfortable enough for longer outings, and the overall design feels secure and reliable. My family member feels much more independent and confident thanks to this chair. It also looks sleek and is simple to maneuver indoors and outdoors. Overall, it's a well built, heavy chair, but it has a couple of serious issues. First is the control stick. This thing has a mind of its own. I can let go of it and it does NOT stop immediately. Then my old chair reacts to the direction I send the stick forward, left or right, but this lags and caused me to run into a door frame and that was quit painful. . The second biggest issue I have is the battery. The battery that I have on my old wheelchair is much smaller, half this size yet it'll haul me around for 15 miles, this battery is a size of a car. Yet the Batteries is heavy and bulky and I charged it fully and I'm in yellow within two hours of use. And my third issue is their service. I have not been using this year. It literally has not worked and got an hour use on it before I put it in my storage and replacing it again because one is heavier than it depicted when I purchased it but their service and they're so-called warranty and standing behind their product sucks as I sent a message earlier on when I purchased this which was about six months ago with the same problems from day one and never even got a response leaving me to the point where normally can I not get it fixed or return it? I was told it couldn't be returned that much I got But no repairs no care or concerns about the fact that instead of being a tool to help me, it hurt me running me into a wooden door frame as I mean amputee and I don't expect I'll hear anything from this review which was my last resort. So the least I can do is hope that I can save somebody else a headache in pain and cost of purchasing this product that you cannot return and they don't stand behind like they say
