My latest favorite night sight for sidearms, by far.
As a point of reference- We've previously used Speed Sights, Mepro Tritium, TruGo TFO iron sights before these gems. Each of those aforementioned systems are great sights in and of themselves...but these Ameriglo IDOT sights are my favorite of them all. These are the Green front dot, and I already have a set of the Orange/Red dot setup on another unit. Both colors work well drawing your eye and getting your blade squarely in the rear iron's channel both in daytime and lower light...the notch which is cut in a square notch and not a "U" shape. The size of the Tritium vials (the rear vial encircled in a thin sliver ring) are perfect and not overbearing, but they DO put out a good amt of light in the dark. They do not SCREAM at you, yet they effectively do their job very well. The sights offer a crisp sight picture that doesn't have the front sight blade completely obstruct the target (blade isn't too wide), the rear sight does not take up a lot of real estate which can be a problem if you want to run a RDS as well; and my eyes really are drawn to the stacking of the two dots, VS the traditional 3-dot set. If you want a Hackathon type of setup for daylight use these may offer more than you want or need; but I like the HomeDefense/EDC/NightSights factor of having a visible dot in the rear as well. These, for me, may well be the most INSTINCTIVE sights I've ever used of the others I mentioned and have. You simply stack one dot upon another. There is no way to screw this up or get confused in contrast to a 3-dot system, IMO.It's too bad that Ameriglo dropped the yellow dot option for rear sight, as I've had a few people inquire about them; that being said- for ME, I see no problem with any confusion about two green dots and their alignment here with this system myself... Very VERY intuitive. And very reasonably priced. Add to that the Tritium that Ameriglo gets from Trijicon, and that Ameriglo supplies Trijicon with their iron for the Trijicon line, I think these are a SUPERB value as well. These (for Glock) install just like any other sight for the G models. and for heaven's sake, use a sight pusher (like the VISM, etc) to remove the old sights and install these, and not a hammer and drift unless you want to risk damaging the Tritium vials on these. Enjoy!

Fast CCW sights
First time user after hearing these get recommended by a friend. Its a simple concept, stack the dots and pull the trigger. Well, I'm a fan. These are way faster than a 3 dot sight or the glock factory sights and the clock doesn't lie. With the large, high vis front dot I've managed to trim a tenth of a second off my draw. I'm now sitting high .9's from an AIWB with a G19.The tritium is nice and bright. 2016 year of manufacture. The paint ring around the front dot is luminescent, so when moving from light to dark when the paint had time to charge, makes the front even more visible. All my future guns will get these and I plan to replace all the Trijicon night sights I have. These do feature the old style rear sight however function and installation remains the same.

5 star quality sights
These sights are fantastic. Fit and finish is excellent. The tritium vials glow quite bright. The glow paint on the front sight charges very quickly and holds light for a good amount of time. Installed in just a couple of minutes without any issues or sanding. The back sight was machinedPerfectly and was just tight enough that a sight pusher smoothly pushed it in and shouldn't ever loosen up. The front sight was also flawlessAnd fit tight without any modifications. Like the extended sight picture be it small but still noticeable. The vertical ramp on the rear sightAllows one handed slide manipulation. Very happy with this product. Well done Ameriglo!

Great once I got a good set
After ordering 3 sets from different vendors I finally received a set that I anticipated. My issue was that the previous 2 sets were dull, lacked the Trijicon logo on the front sight and had different mounting screws. My biggest issues was with the yellow paint around the tridium. All pictures I saw of this product had a vibrant, bright yellow ring. The first 2 sets were nearly white. Very dull and did not POP with color. The third set is money. Very bright and colorful. Excellent sight!! Got the yellow and orange and love both.

Grate sight and very good price point
Good beefy metal sight positive ledge to catch clearing and charging, big front dot pics up fast and picks up well in low light. I have a set of standard idiots on my Smith and Wesson M&P and I haven't been disappointed. The idiot pro's are heavy duty sights, I have a set of trijicon HD's on a Sig and the idiot pro's are very comparable to the HD's and they come in for less.
