Really comforting scent and has definitely made a difference in my sleep! My feet feel a little tingly but not in an itchy way at all. Very relaxing stuff!!

This GuruNanda Magnedium Oil spray is used by my husband every night before bed. It has a very pleasant smell and it really helps him relax and go to sleep.

Effective, takes a lil longer than swallowing two table spoons of mustard but effective. I keep it on my nightstand. I also didn't experience the burning sensations other report experiencing with other magnesium sprays. I also bought one for my mom who gets bad leg cramps at night as well.

I had read others comments, but I couldn’t believe how well this works on my arthritic knees until I tried it for myself. My knee injections starting wearing off in April. I rubbed this oil onto my knees, back of knees, sometimes on the soles of my feet. It numbs the feeling of kneeling on crushed glass in the middle of my knees. I can also now sleep without a pillow for my knees. Works within 10 minutes. This oil is truly a Godsend. Doesn’t work on my pinched nerve in my neck though. But still…it’s great, so far no injections needed.

This is really great and works on my nightly leg cramps. I am amazed.

So dissatisfied, Im Glad for all those that it helped, no return on these products, soo im stuck with a bottle of greasy spray . I didxas indicated, still Nada. I'll continue to use for at least 1 week. If any changes, I'll update. Still in pain No rest ( sleep)
