We had an event all planned and at the last minute the venue had issues and our event had to be held in one large room instead of a whole multi=room complex. At last minute we had to be creative to make space for two separate speakers that would be talking at the same time. We put up a backdrop and curtain and this sign. We were able to make a very pretty sign with chalk markers to announce who would be speaking in each of the two spaces. The double sign saved a lot of space and allowed us to still have a beautiful decorative piece that was also informational.

I am working on opening a new business around my crafting business. I saw this and knew it would be extremely helpful to have. I have tested the board out and really like it. It cleans up nicely and stores nice. It is a nice big heavy board and feels made of good quality. We will see how it holds up after multi uses. I would recommend at this time to others.

This is one very nice quality chalk board sign. It is framed by a lovely looking wooden frame that looks like oak. This chalk board has a good weight to it, I do not think a strong wind would be able to blow it over. The 2 sides are held together by a small chain.The chalk boards look good, I am yet to use them as I am waiting for a delivery of chalk to use on the boards. I have been needing one of these for a while now as I have difficultly getting packages delivered by one of my carriers. I figured if I had a chalk board I could leave messages on in and position it out near the road so I may be able to get this delivery driver to come up my very long driveway to deliver the packages.Hopefully this chalk board will help the delivery driver find his way to my home and save me from having to drive 45 minutes to the FedEx centre to pick up those packages. Fingers crossed this chalk board helps, it certainly looks very smart.

There is a chain to prevent it from opening too far but no latch to keep it from closing back up. A heavy wind could be really annoying with this. So I would recommend putting a small latch on the side to keep it from closing back up.other than this it's amazing. The chalk board works wonderfully and was easy to clean back off. The framing is all extremely well done and doesn't feel cheap at all. It's a heavy wood / board which is nice. It's not flimsy at all. It's also been stained and I don't see it absorbing any water if it's left outside in the rain occasionally.

I saw one of these outside of a coffee shop one morning with the menu and weekly specials and I loved it so when I saw this available on Amazon I had to get it because I host events sometimes and I thought I could implement the method I saw at the coffee shop. I feel it makes any event, especially where food is served a little more inviting and warm. I highly recommend.

I had problems using regular chalk on it. It barely adhered to the surface. You barely touched it and it wiped off completely. It’s hard to decorate a whole board and not have your hand touch any existing writing. Just a tiny touch and it came right off. And no eraser or wet rag needed for cleaning it. You can literally just wipe it off with your hand or a dry cloth and it’s 100% clean.Chalk markers work great on it and that’s what I’d recommend.It came out of the box assembled and ready to go. It worked great for advertising where the birthday party was in a public place.40” x 20”Note – Does not come with chalk or an eraser.

This chalk board feels sturdy. Ready straight out of the box, no assembly required. It sits evenly on the legs, well balanced. It's big enough to draw an eye to it at the market, and it looks great! I'm waiting for chalk markers so I can decorate it as it doesn't come with any.
