It's sweet. I didn't notice much difference in myself or my child,but we take it anyway. I think this might be the reason why we didn't get sick when everyone around were having colds and flus.

Have hashimoto and supplement zinc. No harsh chemicals in unnecessary additives, only what is needed.

We have used this for 3 months now and our son's appetite has increased significantly. I would recommend for picky eaters with low appetite.

Good product easy to use. The taste wasn’t bad but it was strong so gave me a little shudder (still would continue the use myself but worth noting if your a sensitive person).

The taste is tolerable for my daughter, which is a huge win because Zinc can taste awful! Since taking this zinc she is finally sleeping well again. She has autism and seems more regulated when taking zinc. Will definitely buy again.
