Massive gainz
My bench increased 60% in 5 weeks after I started using these collars. Also my squat went up 65%. And my girlfriend says I’m better looking. My shirts sleeves are all too tight now, too.I got a raise at work, and I won three scratch-off tickets. That weird rash I had for so long has now disappeared. Is it all because of these collars? Hard to say. It is true that they simplify my life in the gym - no more hunting around for collars, wasting time. No more plates wandering out of position because I haven’t used a collar. They’re secure, easy to use, they work. I’ve had them for about 6 months now, daily use. They’re reliable. No problems. So get these collars and see what miracles they will work for you.

Get these
Don't get anything else. get these. they are perfect. they lock in and do not move, at all, like all of the regular metal ones with the handles you squeeze to open. (im not saying all the metal ones move all over the place. i have had some nice ones that don't move much. but after your second set, they normally have moved a couple centimeters, and the weights have a tiny amount of wiggle room. THESE DONT)they are easier to put onthey are easier to take offthey don't have that awful metal taste (this is a joke)get these. im about to order 2 more sets of these for my dumbells. my buddy agrees these are the best clamps he has ever used.Trust me, these are cheaper and better than what you are used to.

Strong clamps. Great price. Buy em.
Needed clamps, love the green color, love the price, so I ordered a pair. Shipping was delayed. Twice. That's ok. They arrived 2 weeks after purchase. I was stoked.1st workout with the clamps:Incline press with 225. Failed on the last set, so I took off the outer plate to drop down to 185. Put the clamps back on the bar with one plate on each side, but DIDNT LOCK THEM DOWN. Picked bar up to set it back on the rack, and one of the plates slipped off, along with the clamp, and the plate smashed the clamp into the concrete. Said a few curse words, slapped on some 25's to make it 185, and finished my workout. The inner rubber on the clamp is very grippy, and the smashed clamp still held strong, even with the broken end piece. Very impressed. After the delay and the smash, I'm thinking somebody up above doesnt want me to use these clamps. But this wouldnt be the first time I've missed a divine message. Probably gonna order another pair.Buy these clamps.

Good product, great price.
5 stars at the ~~$12 price I purchased them for. They do not work especially well for anything over 300 lbs, but under this they are a very pleasant change from spring clips. The reason I gave these five stars is because I consider them a "cheap" foray into the market for this product. You can go into any store that sells lifting gear and find a similar product for $40-$50, and you can find $40-$50 versions on amazon or elsewhere that deserve five stars at a much higher weight limit. Frankly, I don't mind that they wobble a bit out of place when I drop a deadlift. They certainly do their job, and I've never come close to pinching anything yet. Also, even if you're basically dripping in sweat, you can operate the little one-finger flick and release thing with ease so there's that.I doubt I'll replace them for a long time. I have a feeling I'll bust them from blatant abuse they weren't really meant for before I truly want new ones.Oh yeah, they're plastic with metal bits, so there's no finish to rub off or scratch off.

the bar becomes unbalanced which is not only super annoying, it has the potential to lead to ...
I've been using these for the last week on a new Rogue powerlifting bar I bought at the same time. To date I've used the large squeeze weight retaining clamps, but when I squat enough weight to bend the bar those squeeze clamps gradually slide out. When they slide out enough, the bar becomes unbalanced which is not only super annoying, it has the potential to lead to injury to me or to bystanders if the bar became enough unbalanced that the weights were to slide off the end (that's not happened in years, but it has happened).Once these clamps are secured, they are locked down. Keep in mind they are plastic, so while they've held up great for the last week, I suspect if dropped repeatedly they might not hold up (that's a guess, not an observation), but since they're not insanely expensive, I think that's more than acceptable. I plan to pick up a few more pairs, once I get all my Xmas bills paid off. :)In any event, these are really easy to secure and to break loose, in fact I'd personally say they're easier to work with than the squeeze clamps, and I've found them to be far superior in their grip strength.

Gets the job done
Very easy to use and holds the plates snuggly in place on my Olympic barbell for benching, squats and rows. Works well on my EZ-bar and hex bar too. However it tends to shift and slip a bit on Olympic dumbbells so I stick with the spring collars for that. I had mine for about 3 years now with no issues. Of course I don’t throw my weights around like a gorilla either and I don’t need to damage my garage surface. It does the job.

Wonderful at the price point
Most of the metal end grips are rough on the knurling on cheaper barbells. This plastic one slides off without any resistance as it opens nice and large. Then when it clamps 45 lbs x 3 or 4 plates stay on without sliding around. This is a great clip to buy - spend the 15$ to get a pair. You will know how much better this is to the lousy metal end grips that come for free.

Buy them now!
So cute! Would prefer pastel pink but these are perfect otherwise. Love having some feminine accessories. They’re high quality and work well. I use them for my deadlifts and hip thrusts. Super easy to use. I think bad reviews were just bad luck bec I use mine 4-5x per week and have had them for a few months and they work well all the time

Easy to set up and remove, light
These are great little clamps. Small and light enough to always keep in the gym bag. Easy to set up, just a quick slide in and clamp, i actually never even fully clamp them as i find that its enough to slightly clamp to prevent any movement and makes it for a faster removal when done. I always used to get frustrated at the gym cause i could never ever find any clamps around, now i no longer have to worry about that as i always have these little guys with me.

Love these!
I always struggled finding decent clips at the gym so buying my own was a no brainer. These are easy to use, sturdy and secure. I also love the colour. Very pleased with them.
