I love, love, LOVE these Bone Conductors.
It was delivered quickly thanks to Amazon Prime delivery (next day). Beautifully packaged. This isn't the first one SHOKZ OpenRun Pro I've had; I still own and using the previous model - and I use it A LOT. I wouldn't be exagerating if I said I easily use it between 4-6 hours every day and night - it's what keeps me sane. I bought the latest model as a back up. In both, they are comfortable to wear; they don't give me headaches or ear ache like over the headphones use to, or those stupid ear pods that fall out and are easy to lose. They connect up quickly with anything that has bluetooth. USB-C Quick Charge - an improvement on the old magnectic charger. Charge lasts 12 hours; that's 2 hours longer than the previous model. The sound quality is brilliant; my music taste is eclectic but mainly hard rock and metal so base is important, and that's pretty good on these. The wee speakers do help with that I think. Audio is smooth and balanced when listening to audiobooks and podcasts. Volume buttons are easy to use, and so is the stop/pause button. Can easily jump forward and backwards when listening to tracks too. I love these B.C.s and couldn't live without them.

This is a game changer ...
I saw this and did not think for one minute it would be able to give me decent sound whilst I was out and about doing my exercises and oh boy was I wrong, It is amazing, so comfy to wear , totally bangs out your tunes without you missing anything around you, like I can exercise and talk to my friend and still have the music playing out and it does not bother anyone other than give me a great time, I believe this is the latest version of this model and I am glad that I bought it, so far I have tested it for every genre of music in all kinds of outside conditions, from running, walking, cycling, it gives you that sound, the only area I think it does fail is listening to podcasts, they do not come across well outside wearing these but to be honest I don't tend to listen to podcasts when I am working out so for me it does not bother me. I bought it in orange and so far the battery power that is stated is correct it does last that length of time and it is so easy to use and put on, I highly recommend and will definitely be buying more from this BRAND as and when I need it , one last thing the connectivity has been great zero issues at all, the fit is nice and I got mine in standard, it is real value for money ,the desigin is really cool too and looks cool when out wearing it,.

Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 excellent quality
I bought these to replace a cheap pair of blue-tooth in ear clip on ear buds that gave up after a few months. I ride a recumbent trike and I like to listen to music when I'm riding solo and also to be able to answer phone calls without having to stop. Listening to music is a different experience compared to listening through in ear headphones but the sound quality is excellent with good bass an mid-range thanks to the combination of bone conduction and air conduction speakers. I haven't tried listening to music yet while out riding so I can't give a judgement as to what the music sounds like while in heavy traffic. However, I certainly can give my opinion regarding phone call quality, I was riding in heavy traffic a couple of days ago when my brother rang me and the quality of the call was stunning, I could hear him so clearly it was as if he was sat next to me and this was with the volume set at about 80%. The noise cancellation on the microphones must work very well as he commented that he didn't notice the traffic noise and he could also hear me breathing as well as my voice being very clear. They are very comfortable to wear and after a few minutes you don't really notice that they are there. To check how secure they were I shook my head quite vigorously and I couldn't budge them. Overall I'm thoroughly impressed

Same as before... but a little better
Bought these after my original AfterShokz OpenMove finally died after 4 years and probably 5000km of running with them. They're not significantly different to the old pair to be honest - which is absolutely fine by me. Sound is a little clearer, fit is comfortable, they're a little lighter to wear. Apart from that, they do just work. Doesn't sound as good as Airpods, but doesn't block out the rest of the world either. Battery life is plenty long enough and has seen me through a couple of marathon training blocks without losing charge mid run. Only irritation is that sometimes they seem to connect to my phone randomly when they're left in my - maybe the power button is a little sensitive - and if I'm on a normal call and the phone then thinks it's connected then it's a chore to head downstairs to hunt for them to disconnect. But that's rare. But that's why 4 stars not 5. Great running earphones though. If they last 4-5 years like the prev pair I'll be pleased.

Fantastic Headphones – Perfect for Runners!
I bought these SHOKZ OpenRun Pro 2 Mini headphones for my fiancé, who is a keen runner, and she was very impressed with them! The open-ear design is a game changer—she loves how it lets her stay aware of her surroundings while still delivering great sound quality. The Bluetooth 5.3 connection is solid, and the noise-canceling mics work well for taking calls on the go. The 12-hour battery life is excellent, and the USB-C quick charge feature means they’re always ready when she needs them. Plus, the IP55 waterproof rating gives extra confidence when running in all weather conditions. Overall, these are lightweight, comfortable, and perfect for any runner or outdoor athlete. Highly recommended!

Much better than the previous pair
These are such a good idea and when they work they're really good, but problems charging happened from new and 11 days later they stopped working altogether mid run. They were almost fully charged at the time. Also, I noticed that when these were connected to my phone, the signal from my garmin would detach from the phone. My other buds (several different brands) never interrupt the signal of my garmin, so I'm not sure why this happens with these? ×************* To update, I replaced the malfuntioning set with a new pair of the same open pro 2 mini and the difference is amazing, the new set have a completley different sound, charge up properly and the battery lasts for days, the new pair function the way I thought the original pair should have done but even better, I'm really happy I took the risk to replace them. And for this reason I change my start rating to 5,they're amazing.

Poor performance if you get sweaty
I've had these for 11 months. More recently I've started to notice a lot of crackling and muffled sound developing in the playback, often noticeable because it happens in one or the other ear more prominently. After a bit of fiddling around it's become to clear to me that it's caused by sweat - as soon as I get sweat on the headphones after running for 15-20 minutes in the summer the sweat is getting into the speaker grill and killing the sound. They are only bearable if every 2-3 minutes I take them off and blow sharply into the earpiece. Clearly, the reason I hadn't noticed this until recently is because I'm sweating more in the warm summer weather, although it does feel like it's developed and maybe there is an underlying issue. Either way, having owned numerous models of Shokz headphones before, and given the price, I'm really disappointed with this particular purchase. I still have a pair of the original OpenRuns, and have reverted to using them as they are much better and don't have the sweat-induced crackling issue. Overall, a let-down. Maybe one star is harsh, but that reflects my expectations and the price.

Great for Running and Staying Aware
I’ve been using the SHOKZ OpenRun Pro 2 for a couple of days and I love them. The sound is surprisingly good for bone conduction, and they’re super comfortable—I sometimes forget I’m wearing them. The open-ear design is a game-changer for running or cycling because I can still hear traffic and people around me, which feels much safer. Battery life easily lasts all day, and the quick USB-C charge is really handy. Call quality is clear, even outside, and they’ve held up well through sweat and light rain. If you’re active and want to stay aware of your surroundings, these are 100% worth it.
