This has been a well loved lamp in my home. My son currently uses it as his beside lamp to read and game. It comes with a remote that turns it on/off, dimming, and brightens the light as well. Performs perfectly and is easy to use with touch control.

An excellent lamp! Easy to put together, and it comfortably fits next to my dad's bed or out in the living room by his chair. I especially enjoy the warm to cool colors and the brightness of the lamp. My puppy chewed part of the cord and when I asked where I could get a replacement, the company sent me one. Wonderful service!

This is incredibly easy to put together. The hardest part is getting the plastic protectors off.Nicely compact- good solid heavy base so lamp doesn’t tip over. Absolutely love the night light feature that I did not realize it had when I made my purchasing decision.If this lasts a good long while- I am going to be really pleased. This lamp is perfect for a small area that needs extra light- it does not take up a ton of space. I have it behind a chair- the remote control is a nice touch for easy on and off and adjusting brightness. Fun!!The only drawback I can see so far is the inability to go to the Syrinx store website. Access is not allowed- which strikes me as odd. If you have a question or concern- the only thing one can do is send an email. They provide their own customer service- Amazon does not.

So glad that I stumbled upon this floor lamp while searching for a floor lamp for my piano (Yamaha Clavinova full-sized with 88 keys). While I bought this on a whim with no reviews but I thought to give it a try after reading the features listed and it did not disappoint!! Unlike other similar lamps sold here on Amazon, this floor lamp is equipped with a much longer bendable goose neck which allows for much wider angle of light and therefore illuminates larger area of space which is exactly what I needed for my piano (see my photo for reference, you can see that the light illuminates entire piano). Once you adjust/bent the goose neck to your desired position, it stays put and maintains its position with no problems. Lamp has a weighted base with the power cords hidden inside from the top to about 1-2 inches above the base, touch-sensitive buttons on the lamp, comes with 3 color temps (cool, mix, warm) with 5 adjustable brightness. I tried taking photos with 5 different levels of brightness but for some reasons my camera is not picking up the differences, however, you can definitely see the differences with your naked eyes. While I don’t need the timer function (since this is for my piano), I’ve tested both 60 sec and 10 min timer (via remote) and they work just fine. Excellent job done by the manufacturer using minimal amount of materials for packaging, yet the lamp was packed nicely that you know will not be damaged during transport. The remote requires 2 x AAA batteries (not included in the package) and has a decent range when I tested it. Overall, this is LED floor lamp is a great value and has a good balance between design and functions. A similar floor lamp sold in piano stores would costs several hundred of dollars. Lastly, my favorite setting for piano playing is Mix for color temp with level 4 brightness.

What is not to like about this floor lamp? The remote means my husband can turn it on or off from the other side of the bed. The remote has a night time light we love. We don't have to get out of bed to turn the light off at night! The light this lamp provides is wonderful! I can bring the light directly over the book I am reading or move it to any higher or lower position. It stays right where you move it too - that, I think is one of the best features of this lamp. The light is bright with a number of different dimming levels and you even can choose a cool or warm light. I've used it to put on makeup, floss my teeth and even tweeze eyebrows. I am older with glasses and find the bright light makes everything easier to see. This lamp has a nice sturdy base that stays put - no falling over - just perfect. Very easy to assemble. Give this lamp a try!

I'm so happy I got this light. It's great. I love the different settings and if I need it brighter or darker, the remote is easy to use and make adjustments.

Extra lighting when main overhead lights are off. The remote come in handy. Leaves of brightness and choice of regular, cool or warm.Gave 4 stars due to the fact that I found it difficult to assemble. Of course, just might be me.You can't go wrong with this lamp. I have 2 in white and in black.You can also turn on/off from the lamp pole itself

Love the adjustable lighting and head of the lamp. Takes up hardly and room and it fits right in with the decor.

We have a small apartment and this fits perfect. Gives ample light and we like having the remote control. Perfect to put in the corner. Lighting options are great.
