Bought this because the one that came with the Pen for our dog was so small the needle cartridge didn't fit. This is plenty big enough even with the little ice packs, which the dog one didn't even come with. Very happy with it.

Does keep medication cool. But not a lot of room for a vial and both ice packs. Good if one ice pack is all that’s needed. Haven’t tried it for more than 24 hours.

Bought it for a trip and was pleased

Followed directions to a tee - got across the pond (12 hours total in flights/layovers) and temp inside was 68.3 degrees. Purchased this because it was advertised it would stay cold longer than the others. Total waste of $$, meds and luggage space.

Just get a 24 hour one... My flight was delayed, it does not last 8 hours... More like 4, and I was stuck for 14 hours.
