Strong padlock for my garden huts and a good price for both,combination easy to set up and you don’t have a worry about losing keys,Four stars for them as I don’t know if they will show signs of rust in the future.

Having read reviews and questions I decided to go ahead and buy 2 x 2 packs. On receipt the the locks looked sturdy and fluidly on the default setting. Looking at the bottom of the lock I thought that there was no setting leaver as described and I knew that this had been reported before therefore I proceeded to look up the answer given on the question page. Try as I might I could not reset the lock. Noting the small screw head on the base next to an orange bar I proceeded to investigate. Remove the screw over a dish of some sort so that it is not lost. The little black plastic plate drops out to reveal the setting bar which can then be slid into the correct position as shown in the photos. Setting and testing the lock is easy returning the plastic plate and screw id a bit fiddly so again, do it over a plate in case it drops out before it is secure (I managed to loose two screws and a plate before I perfected my technique). The lock will still function correctly without the plate in place but it gives security in preventing accidentally changing the combination. I tested each lock several times and all functioned perfectly. As these are being used outside on the coast. I gave them all a spray of bicycle chain oil which I had to hand (someone suggested a graphite spray). Tested locks again and all functioned perfectly. They are now in situ and I will report back in six months. The previous brass padlocks had to be removed with penetrating all or bolt cutters respectively after about that time, we shall see.

Good hardwearing, easy to use and easy to set padlocks. Oldest one is 3 years old now and a squirt of WD40 every now and then keeps it working a treat.

Initially I really liked these locks. They look really good, have a great style to them and they appear to be robust. However, after a certain period of time the numbers stick and the locks become unusable which is really disappointing. This has happened to 2 of these locks that I bought so far. I would go for an alternative brand next time.

Me ha llegado muy pronto y el candado es buenísimo. Muy resistente, los números se ven de maravilla y las instrucciones aunque vienen en inglés son muy claras y fáciles de realizar para poner la combinación deseada. Lo único algo negativo es que es algo pesado pero es un candado de calidad.

Das Zahlenschloss hält, was es verspricht. Es ist solide und robust gebaut, ist ebenso stabil und man hat das Vertrauen, das man seine Sachen sicher aufbewahrt hat. Zudem sieht es auch noch hübsch aus und ist in orange ein echter Hingucker am Spind. Wer es dezenter mag, wählt halt schwarz oder eine andere Farbe. Ich nutze es im Fitness Studio und da ich gerne mal kleine Schlüsselchen verliere, kam nur noch ein Zahlenschloß in Frage. Es lässt sich ganz leicht einstellen und bei Bedarf zurück setzen. Der Preis für ein Zweierpack war unschlagbar günstig. Verpackung und Versand waren auch sehr zufrieden stellend. Und die Kundenfreundlichkeit seitens des Verkäufers war/ist vorbildlich. Man fühlt sich rundum gut betreut und bei Bedarf werde ich dort gern mal wieder einkaufen.
