A great mass builder.
This is an awesome Mass builder. I hate porridge and I know it's a great source of carbs and calories but this offers all that in a tasty shake. I like the fact that it's not packed with sugars and its main carb source is ultra fine oats. Mixes well and is nice and creamy. Great with my breakfast and after rugby.
