Works great on my 2019 Nissan Titan
No lights or codes. Worked immediately, easy set up, plug and play. Good price 👍 and quality item. It took me about 30 minutes to install. It really wakes up the throttle response. Good product for the money. Highly recommend product and seller.

It really does remove the delay in your pedal
This was well worth the price, which btw is low in comparison to the other throttle controllers. My BMW came with a similar controller from the factory. I bought a truck and the delay was killing me, but with this controller, my truck acts like it has a cabled throttle. What I wanted was to remove the excessive delay and the lagging throttle response and this product does just that! The install was super easy and worked great right out of the box. P3.9 setting did cause my CEL to come on because one of the computers saw the controller and deemed the voltage out of tolerance. I reset it and it hasn’t came back on. I drove around a lot today and there were times when muscle memory kicked in causing my rear tires to slip a bit. I’m glad I got this because it was well worth the cost. I’ll review again after a month or so. Aug 8, 23 Update…I can’t drive without this tool! Regular throttle response is slow. I started at 2.5 and worked my way to 3.8. 3.9 sets off my dash with errors with 4WD on auto and 3.8 is only a hair delayed and can’t even tell. I wouldn’t start at 3.xx unless you’re used to the response. Other than that, I highly recommend this product. Also Silverados have been using similar products, so don’t be afraid to use this.

READ INSTRUCTIONS!
2021 ram 1500, 5th gen body style with the 5.7 hemi. This thing works! BIG THING, READ INSTRUCTIONS! I first tried to just plug and play but that didn’t work. You need to follow instructions for it to “learn vehicle”. Night and day difference from normal to sport or sport+! Don’t burn 300 bucks on the pedal commander, 50 for the exact same thing, no I doesn’t really make the truck faster, neither does the pedal commander but it does get rid of the lag you get on the pedal. $50 is cheap compared to other options and it works well so far! Update after a couple months of use. Works well so far BUT sadly around every month I have to have it relearn the vehicle or else it starts acting funny and makes acceleration funny. Overall still a great 50 buck deal!

Waste of money. Causes MAJOR issues
Well. This product does fix the lag from pedal to throttle. BUT it causes all kinds of other issues. It changes modes by itself, it's caused my check engine light to come on and throw codes for parts I KNOW FOR A FACT aren't bad. So I'll be returning this heaping pile of crap asap.

Fun
This works pretty well for giving my 2014 Tacoma V6 a little get up n go. I did notice, however, that even on its lowest increase throttle setting (P1.9), the RPMs get a little wonky on highway speeds and cruise controlled. This is especially so when towing a trailer. Update: not good in the rain. Recently started causing ABS and Traction Control lights to come on. I have to turn ignition off and back on to reset it. Also, causes hard and delayed shifting (high RPMs). Not ideal for highway use on anything but eco or normal settings. Definitely not ideal for pulling a trailer. At around 70-80mph, it stays between 3500-4500RPMs

Throttle control
Easy to install and makes a big difference in throttle response

Good but sometimes laggy
Good results other than the occasional lag from the kit on acceleration

Compares Favorably to Pedal Commander at a Fraction of the Cost
I previously had a Pedal Commander on a 2015 4Runner. I wanted a similar device on my 2007 FJ Cruiser, but didn't want to pay the premium price. This thing is much less expensive, installs similarly, installs quite easily, and works like a champ.
