I have a panel light that attaches to my desk. That light sits on a pole that clamps to my desk and has dutifully served its purpose as a light. However, the area underneath it has always been wasted space. Since it clamps to my desk, the pole itself sites in a couple inches from the edge of the desk and makes it inconvenient to put a standing shelf or other item there for storage. This clamp on shelf is PERFECT for the pole of my panel light. It clamps to the pole and now I have a shelf!The metal is thin but strong because of the edges being folded up. I say thin because if you apply a little bit of pressure to the front, it will tip down a little bit so I wouldn’t put anything heavy on it. There’s a hook in front to hold my headphones which is useful. What is less useful is the phone holder that clamps towards the back of the shelf. It holds my iPhone 12 Pro Max with battery case but since the holder is located towards the back of the shelf, it’s not overly useful since I have other items on the shelf in front of it.Overall, I’m happy I found this shelf that clamps onto the pole I have mounted to my desk. Very convenient since I need all the storage I can get!

This is a great universal metal Clamp-on Shelf. It is very easy to attach this shelf to a pole or Stand. It is just the right size to hold your phone or small tablet, speaker or microphone Stand. It has a goose neck for your phone which is very nice and the tray itself expands to fit a pole size of up to 1.58". The tray itself is 11.7" x 7.8". It is a great utility Storage Platform. Nicely priced and convenient to use.

Shelf is badlly scratched even though it was well wrapped in the box. I needed it for this past weekend so I didn't return, but at the price was expecting a new item, not one that looked like it was used/returned.
