I think this has cured my ibs. It’s been about a month of good results. I took just 6 doses. Once every other day with formula with HMO. I noticed results after the 3rd dose. Waited a week , and everything was a major improvement. Then did a final 3 doses, just to make sure. Every body is different, but it worked for me, and maybe it will for you!

Replaced the probiotic prescribed by my doctor with Foods for Gut picking strains by clinical trial results. Product is very professionally packaged in a tinted, glass bottle that is hand delivered cold. Only one time of my many orders did the delivery company make a mistake and not deliver by hand. Have been taking several strains (Planatrum, Rhamnosus, Gassei, Infantis and the 12 strain blend) for 5 months now and feel an improvement using my gut.

Gave this to my daughter and she immediately complained of severe stomach pain. She later threw up in the middle of the night and was laid out on the couch all day the next day with a tummy ache, head ache, and a low grade fever. I don’t know what’s in this that could have caused this reaction, but I won’t be using it again.

Whenever I try a new probiotic, I "proof" it in a small amount of refrigerated milk and let it sit overnight at room temperature. If the milk thickens (as when culturing yogurt), then the bacteria are alive and multiplying. This product took longer to set up than other probiotics, but different bacteria may multiply at different rates, and I imagine that each strain has its ideal temperatures that it likes...and it did eventually set, proving there are live bacteria in it. And the fact that it took longer to set than the other probiotics I tested may infer that this is a different strain than they are (or it may infer that there are fewer live cultures.) I'm not taking it to remediate a specific ailment, I just decided to add this to my probiotic regime...so I cannot comment on its efficacy.

I don’t usually write long reviews on products I buy unless I absolutely love them….so just know I really love this product lol. These have been the only probiotics I’ve ever used where I noticed a significant difference. I’ll be honest the first week was rough, I had a headache and weird mood changes but now I’m into week two I noticed many chronic inflammatory issues I have are improving, my digestion has improved greatly, my mood is back to baseline, I’m sleeping amazingly which I never do and I’m even weirdly craving healthier foods…

Much less expensive alternative to Evivo to make my baby’s formula with. I haven’t noticed any difference in my baby since switching, and that’s a very good thing!

I have contacted the seller, I'm waiting for the reply, it smells like rotten eggs and has a yellowish color, for what I have read, it's not supposed to have any color nor smell. I will update if I hear from the seller Update: The seller has reach out, said that each probiotic is different and that it's process in excellent condition. Never the less, with that odor, the product is impossible to use. I wasted $ 80. They do no returns Not buying again from this seller
