Wish in was pre drilled holes .

Had to drill all the holes, but still relatively easy. Looks great, color matches my OEM paint. 3 keys included. 5-star

I really love this only one problem the quick release locks are very difficult to lock and unlock but in a way that's good knowing it won't come off during the ride.

Alright! Let me tell you guys looking into this product. If you don't want to spend the $1500+ for the OEM model, this works WELL! You will need to have some mechanical skills for the following: Upper half of tour pack will need holes drilled out for the back rest. I used painters tape to protect and mark the surface where the holes will need to be drilled. With a paint marker, I painted the back rest bolt studs and aligned/centered the rest to the tour pack, thus leaving the white marks where I needed to drill the holes. Worked Perfect! The hardware provided to mount the tour pack to the mount bracket, is subpar. You will need to pick up 4 - 5/16" x 5/8" length bolts, some washers and lock nuts. Like the OEM or several others, I purchased a sheet of 16 gauge stainless steel 11.5" x 11.5", at my local hardware store and drilled my holes (5/16" diameter) this is the base plate inside the tour pack that will provide good stability and secure it extremely well. The liner that comes with the tour pack is quite nice. All you will have to do is cut one section so that it will fit around the retractable lanyard block. I used several strip of Velcro to secure the line to the bottom half of the tour pack. After installation and some wiping down of fingers prints, this thing looked GREAT! I'm happy with it! the wife likes it, but she only rode once since we got it 3 days ago. the whole key thing not matching the OEM key, is not a big deal to me. how many car/house keys do you normally carry anyways? for my bike? it's not only 2 with the FOB. The only thing I have to finish this up is the Custom Dynamics High Mount LED light (Run/Brake, Turn Signals). Msg me with any question about installation or pictures. CANT BEAT IT for the Price!!

First off, I have a full size pack I bought from HD direct so I’m aware of the quality and durability of the factory packs. A few of my friends bought this pack and I was so impressed I bought it so I could have a smaller more stylish tour pack. I have to say the quality and durability is exceptional. This pack is at my painters now being color matched. I’m saving about $1000 going this route instead of buying the factory pack in this size.

No issues with mounting holes. Everything lines up great and went together pretty quick.

Very satisfied with this product. Quality, fit, and finish are equal to or better than OEM. I'd certainly be willing to pay additionally for a color match to bike. Assembly and installation required minimum "tweeking" and was very easy. I will highly recommend this product to others.

I saw in a previous review that someone else also reported that the handle broke on a first ride, I inspected the handle before installing, and it seemed OK; however after spending a Saturday morning to measure, drill, mount, and secure it - the second ride I took, the rear part of the handle started to break loose of the fitment. Looking inside, it has tiny plastic pieces that fit together and clearly are not meant for the bumpy, vibrations of a motorcycle. Do yourself a favor and avoid this single handle latch. I'm going to try the dual latch and see. Too late to return, of course.
