Är så himla nöjd med den efter första gången. Ska bara lära mig att ställa in den 😆. Proberna ca 4 meter räckvidd men det räcker ändå.

I put this excellent wireless thermometer to use on Christmas day, where we had a turkey in the enclosed gas BBQ and two pork legs in the coal-fired kettle BBQ. I initially wanted a wireless solution as I had planned to put the turkey on a rotisserie, but alas the turkey was too big! I paired the unit with my phone and used the app to set and monitor the turkey and pork. With the probes correctly inserted, I was able to track the progress of the cooking, and I received alerts when the meat was close to completion. Quite a few guests were remarking at how awesome the whole overall solution was. Let me say, when I removed the meats from the BBQs, everything was cooked to perfection! The probes were very easy to clean up (they are even dishwasher safe!) and the overall experience using the device was outstanding. I've previously used wired probes, but the Inkbird wireless probes are a whole new level. I thoroughly recommend them; they made it easy to get the meat cooked exactly as intended.

Die kabellose Nutzung in Kombination mit WLAN (2,4 GHz) und Bluetooth funktioniert einwandfrei und ermöglicht eine stabile Verbindung auch über größere Distanzen. Besonders praktisch ist, dass man den Garprozess bequem über die App überwachen kann – egal ob Grill, Smoker, Ofen oder Airfryer. Die Messwerte sind sehr präzise, die Reaktionszeit ist schnell und die voreingestellten Programme für verschiedene Fleischsorten sind äußerst hilfreich. Die App ist übersichtlich, leicht zu bedienen und bietet viele sinnvolle Funktionen wie Alarme und Zieltemperaturen. Verarbeitung und Qualität wirken hochwertig, die Einrichtung war unkompliziert und das Gerät arbeitet absolut zuverlässig. Für Hobby-Griller wie auch ambitionierte Nutzer ein echter Mehrwert. Dopo aver comprato e utilizzato la versione a una sonda, che ho regalato a un amico (ed è rimasto contentissimo), ho deciso di prendere questo modello a quattro sonde perché spesso cucino più pezzi di carne insieme al barbecue. È davvero comodo poter controllare tutto in una volta, senza dover spostare la sonda da un pezzo all’altro e soprattutto senza fili! La connessione WiFi di questo modello è una marcia in più: posso controllare le lunghe cotture anche quando non sono a casa, senza perdere di vista le temperature. Se invece voglio fare qualcosa di veloce, tipo una cottura in forno o sul girarrosto, posso usare solo il display integrato, senza bisogno di collegare Bluetooth o WiFi. Questa modalità stand-alone è pratica quando non ho voglia di tirare fuori il telefono. Le sonde sono ben fatte e resistono bene al calore e all’acqua, si lavano facilmente e sono precise. La batteria dura a lungo: la sonda si ricarica velocemente e lavora anche per 25 ore di fila, mentre la base ha un’ottima autonomia e si ricarica in poche ore. Inoltre la base ha dei potenti magneti per poterla applicare su metallo o un piccolo stand per tenerla obliqua. L'app è sempre la stessa, e andrebbe un po migliorata, ma è semplice e comoda e si possono anche calibrare le singole sonde. In conclusione è un ottimo termometro wireless, completo di tutto, bella confezione, unica pecca forse è la superficie molto lucida della base, ogni minima ditata si nota. L'ho preso in offerta e vale tutti i soldi spesi, costa poco più di un termometro a una sonda di altri marchi. Consigliato!
