The case it comes in light and feels cheap. I expected this for the price. What I did not expect was the sound quality was good, the mic worked very well, it synced fast, and fits great. I have NO idea what the battery life is like yet, i just got them and haven't had to charge them after a couple hours of use.I got these because my in ear buds were annoying me. I took a chance because they were cheap and had great reviews. My expectations were low but these are decent.The thing that surprised me most is how well they stay on. I did everything I could to get them to all off and never happened. I put shirts on, split some logs, laid on the ground like I was working on a car. If the batteries don't last at least 4 hours I will come back and update, but so far very happy.

I’m a bus driver and a teacher. As you can imagine, I get emergency calls from the school all the time. We cannot handle our phones while driving, so these come in clutch if the school or bus barn needs me. The fit right over my ear. I cannot use Apple AirPods because they fall out of my ears when I start talking.

I am a Lyft driver, and in-the-ear buds would not allow me to have conversations with my passengers. So, I decided to try the X18. I love the comfort of the over-the-ear technology. I was worried that the sound would be compromised, but the sound clarity is terrific, and I can still carry on a conversation without having my ears plugged. So, what's the problem? Being a rideshare driver, I use them to receive directions from my phone. This allows me to get clear instructions from the app without having to stop my conversation or turn down the radio in order to hear GPS directions. The only problem is that for each instruction I receive, these earphones always miss the first word or two of the instructions. At first, I thought it was my Lyft app that was the problem, so I tried using Google maps to get me home after my last ride, and the exact same problem occurred. Now, most people won't use these for that application, but just know that using them for GPS directions will lose the first word or two on every instruction. I wish I could give them 5 stars, but unless they can fix this communication issue with my iPhone14, it will have to be 4 stars. Please comment if there is a fix or if it's an ongoing issue. This is not enough for me to return these as I really like everything else about them, and I'm still able to figure out the instructions without hearing "Turn" or "Continue".

Where’s the Sixth Star!! I don’t often bump a product above a 4 star but once in a while a 6th star is deserving. That’s what these, best ever, behind the ear headset I’ve been looking for some real comfortable ear pieces plus all the other bells and whistles. The head set control is simple and effective. Phone call coming and going are crystal clear. Music quality, better than most. So comfortable, I immediately for got I was wearing them. Worth regular price but with a sake in un buying 3 more sets for friends and family. Finally, a great product well worth the money.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!! The sound quality is excellent! The battery life is fantastic!! I have been looking for this type of earbud to listen to Audible recorded books as well as Tinnitus masking sound therapy while I work. I can hear all of the sounds around me and no one can hear what I am listening to. With them being external, there is no ear fatigue. They stay in place and do not slip. A great purchase!

Works as intended... needed an open earbud that still gives me situational awareness at work since you can still hear the ambient noise thru whatever you're listening to with this.Gives my ear a snug but comfortable fit; volume is reasonable enough and the case has that simple but functional look.If you're looking for an earbud that will block out outside noise while listening to music, this ain't it.However, if you need an open earbud that will keep you aware of your surroundings (such as a workplace or jogging outside), while enjoying your music/podcast, this is for you.

I use these for customer service calls for one specific line rather than have the line connected to my landline. They fit great and the sound is amazing! I love that they offer the left and right buds so I can use one side or both. My only negative (which isn't really a complaint) is that the charge only lasts 8 hours so for the last 1/2 hour that I am at work, I have to take calls through the computer speaker.
