This heating pad puts out quite a bit of heat and feels good. The fabric is very soft and plus against the skin. It fit well, including the nose cut out. The strap is a bit hard to open and close due to very firm hook and loop tape. At almost $40, though, it's quite steep. For quite a bit less, you can find a regular heating pad. It won't fit as nicely or look as good, but it will do the job.

I love how hot it gets. Covers face well and has a timer. I use every night. It helps with pain and absorb my skin care products deep into my skin. Definitely a 5 star product.

So happy I bought this for my dry eyes and sinuses. Love that I can control the temperature and time. Give me great relief.

Cheaply made. The elastic that under your nose is rough and sticks into your skin. The head fit is ok.

This electric sinus pillow for sinus works pretty well. It comes with 5 different timer settings, ranging from 15 to 90 minutes. The material feels soft and comfortable, but I'm not a fan of the plastic order it comes with right out of the box, which did go away after a few days though. Aside from that, everything else works as expected.

Not bad but if you have a larger head this might be a poor fit

Before you decide to buy this, come to terms with the fact that you will look absolutely ridiculous when you wear it. As long as you are fine with that, I definitely recommend! Since it is corded it is able to be stronger and produce stronger Heat, and I have had various heating pads as eye masks, jaw covers, Etc, but this literally covers your entire sinuses and provides soothing relief. I personally find it comfortable, but obviously you can't really walk around the house and multitask with it.. not that you really would be able to anyway with the design LOL, so it's also a built-in forced relaxation! Just that alone will help your body feel better, so even the side effects of this are helpful. If you struggle with sinus issues, migraines, TMJ dysfunction especially, I highly recommend this. And especially having it for winter will be extra nice, since I will definitely not have to worry about it being too hot and the heat will solely be able to feel as good as possible!
