Yes4All Standard 1-Inch Grip Weight Plates, Cast Iron with Multiple Sizes from 2.5 lb to 35 lb for Strength Training, Weightlifting & Muscle Toning

I own several pieces of equipment for my home gym from Yes4All and I have never been disappointed with anything, including these weight plates. I purchased these 2.5lb plates for use in my Goruck packs. I wanted the ability to increase the weight just a little bit and these 2.5lb plates were perfect. The plates are standard iron plates, thus they are not fancy, however, the cut out grips make them extremely easy to handle. Being on 2.5lb plates, handling is not a big deal, however, with this design the plates will scale well as the weight goes up. I am a very firm believer in choosing value when something just needs to work, it does not need to be fancy. If you just need some decent plates that are good quality, these are the ones to choose.

The plates are truly made of cast iron, which is a durable material great for my regular exercise routine. Price is good and highly recommended!

Not to much to go wrong here, they are a great value for the price, they fit all my bars as advertised and they are built and manufactured great. I would buy again for sure.

For comparison purposes, all of the weight plates in my picture weigh five pounds. On each end of the dumbbell: Amazon Basics is on the outside; a Cap grip plate is in the middle; and the Yes4All grip plate is on the inside. The Yes4All has the largest diameter but is also the thinnest: depending on it's use, it sometimes makes a difference. It has a flat coating and even texture and in my opinion would be less likely to slip out of sweaty hands. The built in handles increase its versatility and are nice to have, even for such a low weight. This is a well built, quality product.

Consistent manufacture. Good finish. $2/lb is about the best price one can find for new cast iron weights.
