After looking at many different massage guns, I decided to go ahead with this. Admittedly it was more expensive than many others, but I wanted something that was good quality and good build. After all, cheaper is not always best in my opinion. For what I was getting with this item, the price was right in comparison to what you got with others. The massage gun came with many great attachments which are great. The hot/cold is also a great attachment that works well. The gun itself is very well made and is of very good quality. It works great. Will definitely keep this brand in mind if choose to buy similar again. Great item. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

What a great product!! I use my Bob & Brad after running to ensure I can walk the next day. I was dismayed when I let the battery drain to 0% and it wouldn't charge. I contacted Bob and Brad, and after explaining the issue and showing them a video, they replaced the whole set FOC and within 24 hours! Amazing customer service, and a fantastic product. Thank you Bob and Brad!!!

I bought this massage gun for my boyfriend at Christmas. He loves it and uses it regularly, very good quality, good design and easy to use. It comes with a year warranty and when the charger stopped working, Bob and Brad replaced the whole product - they were really efficient, quick to reply and very helpful. I would get this product again. Great for pain relief and help recovery after exercise and sport!

This has been game changing for post-run muscle soreness, not sure how we lived without one before! In terms of features, we only really tend to use the spherical attachment, and the device takes a while to charge but we love it. Unfortunately the device stopped working after about a year. After getting in contact with Bob and Brad's support team they were able to provide us with a replacement device out within a few days! We were extremely impressed with the customer service and would highly recommend the investment!

***UPDATE*** Sometimes things go wrong. After about 50 weeks, the massager would not turn on or charge. I contacted Bob & Brad's customer support and within 12 hours a replacement was on its way - with several follow up emails to check that I was happy. I am! Things go wrong - but it's what a company does to put it right that matters. Bob & Brad's customer service couldn't be bettered. Mind you, I'm still disappointed that there was no "Heat and Cold, Bob and Brad" in the box! ;-) I have been a fan of Bob and Brad for some time, enjoying the YouTube videos of the two most famous, physical therapists on the internet (in their opinion). So, I am disappointed to report that this item is not as described. It certainly comes in a handy carrying case and is rechargeable via USB-C. It has a variety of different shaped, interchangeable heads including one which heats or cools. But I purchased this item because it was described as having heat and cool, Bob and Brad... THERE WAS NO BOB OR BRAD ANYWHERE IN THE PACKAGE. I feel cheated. I have looked beneath each attachment - no Bob or Brad. I have looked in the pouch which contains the charging cable and instruction booklet - no Bob or Brad. I have even looked beneath the padding in the case - no Bob or Brad. Stupidly, I have recycled the packaging. I did not notice any Bob or Brad, but perhaps there was a separate package of Bob and Brad?

Once the battery is flat it would not charge again I bought 2 and had to return ☹️ no no to this brand
