Blooming Jelly Women's Halter Neck Deep V Asymmetrical Floral Dress Lace Summer Maxi Dress

I ordered this only 2 days ago, and received it today. For the price, I'm extremely pleased. As others have noted, the top is a bit on the large side - it could possibly use an extra dart or two. But, if I tighten the back straps up a bit, it's wearable. There are a few loose threads here and there, but I'm not too bothered by that. Also, I didn't find the underskirt to be too short as others have - it falls about halfway to my knees, and it's loose so it won't be riding up constantly. I found the size to be accurate. I'm usually a UK 6-8, and ordered a size small. The skirt portion is just slightly loose around the waist, but it fits the style of the dress. I might replace the hooks at the end of the straps with buttons, or even just stitch the straps directly to the dress. All in all - a delightful win!

The most beautiful and light dress. Great for hot country holidays!! However the fit and quality are more lacking. Expect it to be larger and flimsy so it stretches but because the straps are made of ribbon like material. Needs sturdier buckles, overall beautiful design and look.

Sadly wasn't happy with this dress. The fabric around the bust isn't the best quality and was much too baggy for my small chest. However, I don't think it would be particularly flattering on someone with a larger chest either since it lacks proper support. I gave it 5 stars for sheerness though, because it does have a slip built into the skirt and won't be see-through on the bust without a bra. I think the open-back design is flattering in theory but would only be so on a specific body type which I don't have. For reference, I'm 5'0, 110lbs.

I am in love with this dress, it fits wonderfully, I haven't worn it out yet as I need to buy a suitable bra however, once I have, I'll wear this everyday. The top laced part has a white backing which is brilliant as a bra/skin will not show through. I have seen people complain that the inner skirt is too short, however I don't agree (although I am 5''3) also the main skirt is not that sheer. The amount of leg shown is perfect. The only complaint that I could have is that the straps can feel a little rough on the skin, they are a synthetic nylon, however, this could probably be rectified. The stitching is okay. The dress part sits at the ribs which means it is perfect for any type of tummy (this would be perfect to wear when dining out as it covers any bloating), it gives the illusion of a flatter stomach in my opinion. I think my figure looks great in it! Would totally recommend, a lot of my friends are jealous!

Disappointed with this item. Read many reviews saying the quality was great so maybe I just got unlucky but my dress was made of really cheap looking material, and was badly fitting. It was a typical "cheap dress from China" type of garment which was so disappointing after people said it was lovely. The under layer of the skirt is so short it verged on indecent and the top crocheted part looks nothing like the photo in my opinion. The straps are very flimsy - to the point that I'm sure they would break very quickly (and also are not fixed but instead adjustable like an adjustable bra would be with little plastic clips to attach). Perhaps I just got unlucky as many people seem to love this dress but I was expecting a whole lot better and am sadly returning this item as it's just not what it should be in my opinion.

This is a really lovely summer dress which is perfect for any occasion be it a holiday, christening, wedding or just because you're feeling summery here in good ole blighty.I'm 10 months post natal and currently in the process of getting fit again, I'm 5' 1", weigh just under 9st and it fits really nice. That said the waist band is super stretchy. The straps on the top are adjustable and I'm not huge in the chest area, but I am still breastfeeding so they're a little larger than usual and the top currently has made no threat to surprise anyone with a quick flash.The underskirt does ride up a little bit, I saw a tip to spray hairspray on your legs, I've yet to try it, but I'm guessing you could wear some nice fitted blue shorts under it and nobody would be any the wiser to whether you were supposed to or not.I love this dress and can't wait to wear it properly when we go on our hols later in the year, even if it is only in the UK!

Lovely dress, fitted well, brought it to wear at a wedding yesterday, and during the first hr, the slot of fabric the strap hooks into, fell off! Luckily the place we were had a sewing kit and I had to get sewn the strap sewn on! Unfortunately it's going in the bin now, waste of money!
