Brilliant solution!
Brilliant solution to an annoying problem! I have gorgeous pink Sidi carbon road shoes & when it came to spin class I found the pedals at my gym only accept SPD cleats, and weren't compatible with the Look/Delta road cleats. I didn't want to go & buy another pair of shoes just for spin class, especially as the SPD compatible shoes are mostly ugly mountain bike shoes, so I bought these adaptors & they're amazing! They screw into my 3 hole Sidi road shoes easily & then become SPD cleats, so you don't have to buy any additional SPD cleat to bolt onto these adaptors - they just clip straight into the pedals. The adaptors were pricey, but I justified it as you get two pairs of shoes in one now, as you don't have to buy one pair of shoes for road and one for spin / MTB, just these adaptors for SPD cleats, and then the usual 3-bolt Look / Delta cleats for road bike use.

Does the job!
Easy to fit. Bought for a pair of cycling shoes that wouldn’t fit on the spin bike. Pleased

Saved me from buying new shoes !
Bought shoes for my Bowflex that turned out to only be compatible for road bikes (booooo sellers who lie) ((boooo me for not doing my research))Anyways these saved me from buying new shoes. Also appreciate that the cleats come with the adaptor. Works well!

work perfectly on Sidi's and Dura Ace
I bought a pair of carbon soled Sidi Ergo's a few years ago while in veterinary college. I didn't realize that the hole pattern wouldn't hold a spd cleat to fit my old Dura Ace road pedals. After spending so much on shoes I couldn't afford a new set of pedals, and I really love my old Dura Ace pedals. Sidi said their $25 SPD adaptor would not work on my Ergo II's. So the last 4 years I've been riding my15 year old chewed up mountain bike shoes with those beautiful Sidi's staring at me from the shelf everyday, I finally found these. It seemed too good to be true, too simple, too cheap. Well they arrived and fitted up in minutes. They worked great on the trainer, and have performed perfectly on a number of road rides so far. Most of my road rides are on a steep mountain road so they've experienced plenty of torque and standing pedaling. The clip in is very solid (more than my old cleats), the float is plenty, and I've had no issues coming unclipped unexpectedly. Unclipping takes more effort so I may need to adjust my pedal tension. The stack height is very low and with carbon soles I don't notice the smaller cleat footprint. This is a very minimalist set up and the cleats seem more walkable than those big Look cleats although I wouldn't hike in these either. I am planning on gluing two thin strips of rubber to my soles that will make these low profile cleats very walkable. The only negative I can find is there is almost no lateral adjustment which was not an issue for me. The cleat is about where I would have put it anyway to avoid shoe rub on the crank arms.

Exactly what we needed!
We installed these clips on my husband’s Fizik cycling shoes to replace their Delta clips. He much prefers Delta to SPD however we purchased a spin bike that had cages on one side of the pedal and spd clips on the other. The pedals were nice and high quality and I was reluctant to switch them out. We also mulled over just getting him another pair of shoes. Then I stumbled across these and we took a chance. They have worked perfectly. They were easy to install, and he just needed a little practice clipping in. We’ve only had them for a few weeks, and he rides HARD. So far so good. My only suggestion would be if these are installed on shoes worn by someone who rides very aggressively, tighten them up every few rides. In addition, I can see how more avid cyclists would be bothered by the extra height these have compared to normal clips, but as an average rider who mostly just spins for exercise I don’t think it matters much.

Do not work with shimano
I have these and they didn't work with shimano xtr pedals then I realized I needed to install the small center part duh, they do work with bontrager. Good quality but slippery and will be slower in clip in than regular. Allows for movement of the cleat for aft so they are better than the shimano adapter.
