Great Neutral Grip Handles!
These Neutral Grip Handles are fantastic! I’m really impressed with the quality given the price. If I had to offer one critique, it would be that the material isn’t very grippy; it’s made of hard plastic. So, if you tend to sweat a lot during workouts, that might be an issue. I haven’t experienced that yet, but I can see it becoming a concern during longer sessions.

Great Handles
These are awesome! They’re super solid, very light, and provide an excellent way to change up your grip on different movements. I’ve used them for pull ups and barbell rows. The angle is really comfortable but I think they could do a better job of making that angle more apparent in the pictures. Good value too!

Great quality and super efficient!
I ordered these pull up handles to use with both my pull-up bar and resistance bands. These are perfect for what I needed. The handles are molded in a thick plastic that is unlikely to break (not for me, anyway - I'm not lifting tons of weight here). The angle of the handles to the hook is just right - it keeps my hands at a natural 45 degree angle, which is comfortable and pretty neutral. Inside the hook that attaches to the bar or bands is a strip of foam that grips the bar. Nothing like that lasts forever when it's being stressed by weight and friction, so I think it's realistic to anticipate that, over time, this will wear out, so I'll be looking for something I can use that will help keep the grip in this area. For now, though, this looks like it'll be good for a while. The handles are comfortable in my grip - they are not too big, not too small - my fingers don't quite touch my palm when wrapped around the handle, so there's no comfort issues of my nails digging into my palms or anything like that.Other than that, these work as you'd expect: you attach the handles to your bar or bands and you pull the weight toward you. These just add a layer of comfort to your workouts that you might not have with your current equipment. I'm looking forward to trying these with my straight bar to do bent-over rows. I will also use this with my landmine to do single arm rows. I'm sure there are many other uses I can find for these in my home gym, as well.If you need a pair of handles that won't set you back a lot of money, these could be just what you need!

45 Degree Bend
I don't know why I thought this was a 90-degree bend. I hope my pictures make clear the angle of these handles. With that said, I will use them anyway. And they can be positioned a couple of ways. Pull-ups are very challenging for me. You can see in my second picture a resistance band I use to help 'cheat' when needed. I mainly do what I call pull-ups, not chin-ups. My hands are placed on the bar with my palms facing towards me. A pull-up exercises more of the bicep where a chin-up is great for forearms or brachialis.A different grip is needed when you 'master' a particular exercise. Even more so when it is difficult to add weight - like a pull-up. I have seen people add weight to their waste with a rope or band, but I find that awkward and difficult. These handles are a great solution to further the growth or strength of a standard pull-up/chin-up.I have used these for a couple of weeks now and find them to be well made, sturdy and well designed. The grip and diameter of the handles is very similar to the bar itself. The bar that they are on anyway. I was worried about them slipping, but my body weight is keeping them in place nicely. I have to mention that they don't make the exercise any easier. Just different. And I like that fact. It should help 'round out' the exercise. Make it more complete. It should also help me gain the strength needed to do more. I really struggle with pull-ups. I have seen guys do four sets of 25! Incredible. I am shooting for one set of 25. Lol. Maybe when/if I get there I can go further. One of my favorite challenging exercises. I think it is important for a person to be able to lift their own bodyweight. Looking at the other uses I will eventually try them on a barbell. I am pretty set in my routine at the moment. These would be great for bands as well. Clever product. Well designed and sturdy. No slipping at all.

Good but not great
The media could not be loaded. These mostly work for me but I'd recommend a few changes. First, the grip could be better. While they're knurled like a barbell, it's knurled plastic which I find slippery. When going heavy or trying to do weighted pull ups I pretty much have to tie in using a Cobra grip or something similar. With another product that I own I'm able to tie in and then place the handle on to the pull up bar or barbell. With this product the space between the handle and the hook isn't big enough to do that. You must place this onto the bar and then tie into it.Outside of that it does work pretty well. FYI this rotates the hand off the bar about 45 degrees so you end up either partially supinated (palm up) or pronated (palm down), not neutral (palms facing each other)

Great for pull up bars
Tried it just briefly on my pull up bar on a doorway, and it works great. Simple to set up and start using, no complaints at all. Highly recommended.
