I bought a too-firm mattress, which hurt my back every morning. I researched mattress toppers but needed help determining the thickness and brand. I decided to go with this brand and found that a 3" topper was perfect for my weight and size and would probably work for most people. The brand was also of great quality, and my back pain stopped bothering me in the mornings. It's not a cure, but it's a big help.As a student, I try to avoid doing any homework in bed, as this topper will relax me and help me fall asleep quickly. One of the best purchases I have invested in.

I have 3 ruptured discs and my sleeping is constantly impaired. I've tried numerous mattress toppers and this one is truly a dream! I often wake in the middle of the night from pain, and pressure from being in one position too long resulting in restless sleep. This has the perfect blend of support and softness; structure and cushion that I don't even wake up in the middle of the night to shift around. I can’t sleep on a hard surface bed due to a back injury. I have a sleep number bed at home but needed something for travel. The only reason gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it doesn’t roll up easily and it took me several tries to find a bag it would fit into.

We bought the twin size and it provides noticeable cushion on firm mattress.

Made very well. Very thick. Too soft no support. My mattress is very firm. I wanted the extra height . My body sunk and my back hurt. If you are looking for something soft, it will work.
