I purchased this steamer last week. Very good quality product. specially handling is very comfortable as compare to some other products. No leakage from water tank during use. works perfectly. Recommended for daily users. Quality product in cheaper price with less then 2000W (energy saver).

It stopped working in one week. I asked for return there was no pick up. They asked me to courier.

The good about this steamer, it has level of steam. It also has better steam than I used before, it is normal to have a bit of water leak as I just used it. For the manual, I hope there is a care instruction as I had problem with leaking after few use for the one before and proper cleaning in case there was leaking (if there is). Only four stars as I observed that after using it for like 15 mins. straight, the handle gets warmer and warmer, which I didn't experienced on other brand. Other than that issue, it is a great steamer!

The Empire clothes steamer is simple, lightweight, and gets wrinkles out quickly. It heats up fast, and the detachable water tank makes refilling easy and perfect for travel. the price it works surprisingly well and is very convenient.

I have finally found a good steamer, it’s working great and easy to use, steams well, easy refill of water.

Entirely useless product. It does not iron any type of garment whatsoever. The steam is great but it just gets my clothes wet and the wrinkles are still there. I tried it in so many different ways and it was no use. I even tried to iron a shirt that had very shallow wrinkles and it still didn't work. Unfortunately, I was traveling and missed the return window and now I'm stuck with a useless steam machine. If you want to iron your clothes, do not buy this product. I received a card from the seller when I bought this product, which was sweet and a nice touch, but did the seller even try this product before selling it? I don't understand why it has positive reviews or did I just get a defective product.

اول شي كنت افكر ان الجهاز الي وصلني خربان ، لكن انتبهت ان الهوز من تحت كان فيه عكفة ف البخار ما كان يطلع. جربتها مرة ثانية واشتغلت نوعا ما جيد، لكن حجمها و طولها صغير ما ينفع للثوب العربي. يملئ الثوب بالبخار اكثر من انه يكوي. ممكن ينفع للتيشيرت او الملابس الصغيرة بس بالنسبة لي اخذ مكواة عادية احسن
