This supplement product arrived on time. As a senior in my mid 70s, I have read and researched Selenium for a couple of years now and feel it can be positive for me. Since taking these capsules I have found that slowly I have a bit more energy for my daily walks. I have had no negative reactions to this supplement which I take with breakfast. Overall it is a good value for me at the price point it sells for. I am very pleased and will continue with this product.

I’m really happy with this selenium mineral supplement. I like that the daily amount is just right for support, but still far away from the level of toxicity that you have to be careful with in selenium. The capsules aren’t too large and are easy to swallow. I appreciated the fact that it is extracted from an organic plant and that piperine is included to help the selenium absorb. However, due to this, those sensitive to black pepper should pass on this one.

This is my first time taking selenium as a supplement. It's been three weeks of taking them daily and so far I'm pleased.All the ingredients are organic, including the capsule. I don't see any ingredient that I'm leary of. It swallows easily without taste and I been fine taking them. The expiration date on mine is 05/26. Made in USA.
