I love this chair and it has a massager the quality is excellent you must buy and plus it was easy to assemble as well the comfort is excellent

Sturdy and Comfortable

I needed a new office chair for home for my desk and had checked out many of them on Amazon. One of the main features I needed since I'm a big wide guy was whether the width of the seat between the arms would be wide enough for me to sit comfortably. This chair seemed to fit the bill and showed the seat wide between the arms to be a little over 21.3 inches. But when I finally received the chair and assembled it, it was about 1 inch smaller than the stated measurement in the item photo on the listing. An inch isn't much but it was for me because I have a chair where the arms are digging into my hips which is a real disappointment.Otherwise the chair is not bad and has some decent padding, good reclining options along with the foldout foot rest, which I probably won't use. And it does have a massage function which I didn't need but is a nice thing to have. It's kind of nice and though I don't think it was stated anywhere in the description, it's powered by a USB cord which isn't too long. I thought it might actually have or take a rechargeable battery inside the chair since I'm not familiar with powered chairs. So if you plug the massager into your laptop, don't move around or you'll pull off your computer off your desk. I guess you could use a portable battery pack to power it but there's no thing like a pouch to put it in so you can be more mobile moving around in the chair.Though I'm not as comfortable in it as I was hoping, I can tolerate sitting in it for long periods even with the arms kind of digging into my wide hips since it's not painful. For the price I paid, it's not too bad a chair so I'm keeping it and I'll see how it works out with more use. It has some nice extra features like the massager and footrest that don't normally come with other desk chairs in this price range so that's a plus.

No accessibility when plugged in. Cord immediately got twisted and ripped out . Very disappointed

I'm a bigger girl and was hesitant to order so glad I did so far so good much better then what I had now it's much easier to roll from 1 desk to another when doing my business stuff

This was a very disappointing purchase. I am good at building things from scratch, and the parts arrived with the necessary tools in a timely matter, however, I purchased this seat because it is rated for big guys but the arms the same day already feel and sound like they are about to fall off. The seat is very uncomfortable and does not have enough cushion for the promises made by the manufacturer.

So the chair is comfortable and I like the footrest and the vibration. However, it was missing a screw, one of the wheels will not stay on no matter what I do, I don’t like how the seat does not click into anything, the arm rests are loose and one of the screws that goes into the legs will not go completely in… all in all I wouldn’t buy this again or recommend it. I’d return it but it would be way too much hassel,
