Fits very well. The Pencil holder is rubberised and the rest of the cover is with a cloth/vinyl feel cover. It’s slightly greyish in look but just perfect classy look. Sound and cutouts are just perfect. It’s a Made in China product but of very high quality. It’s a little heavy but that’s no problem at all. The magnetic auto lock/open flap works perfect. Just what I needed front and back and corners protection with a Pencil holder. Waited for 3 months for a double cover with holder for the 2nd gen 12.9inch iPad Pro. The other Khomo cover is 4.5k plus with a delivery time of 2 weeks so this one is better. It also has a built in magnet for auto ON/OFF when opening and closing the tablet.
