Is this camera waterproof?

Rain, snow, or shine, the IP66 weatherproofing ensures its full functionality, regardless of the weather conditions, ranging from 120°F/50°C to -4°F/-20°C.

Do I have to subscribe to the cloud service?

No, most functions don't require cloud or micro SD card. The camera can record events(12 seconds long) in the last 24 hours without a card or cloud. If you need the camera to record longer videos, please insert a card or subscribe to the cloud.

Is the camera wired or battery powered?

The camera is wired. It needs to be plugged in to work.

The camera won't connect?

You can try to update the APP to the latest version and long-press the camera's reset button until the camera makes a ssound and the light starts flashing red, then try to connect it again.
