These are kind of misleading – note that there is no actual "gold" in these, they're just gold colored patches. And they certainly do not do anything to change your skin tone, despite the product listing's claim to give the skin a "golden glow." They feel soothing while you wear them though. When I removed the patches, my skin experienced a tightening sensation similar to when skin has been dried out. Not very hydrating. These are about what you'd expect, for the price.
