For someone who is very into action sports, this is a perfect camera to document different tricks and little adventures! Loved created content with this little guy! I love how easy the touch screen controls and navigation are! If you're on the fence about this one, I think it'll be worth it for sure!

NOTE: It is an action camera and is not meant for indoor shooting with poor lighting. However, you can still achieve some good results indoors by tweaking some settings, but possibly 75% of the time you might find your phone’s camera to be a better camera than this. Those incredible GoPro videos you watch on the Internet are put together by people who know their stuff and gear. And, you can create such awesome videos too, if you know what you’re doing. All I’m trying to say is don’t blame the camera for not being able to do what it was not meant to do, a camera is just a tool. And GoPro HERO9 is an awesome tool.And please stop rating products low and writing bad reviews over things that have nothing to do with the product itself. Like that one guy who rated this product zero because he doesn’t like the Thrillophilia card he received along with it. I literally threw it away. Didn’t even know it was included before the purchase. Well, anyway.REVIEW:I bought this GoPro as soon as it became available on Amazon, and, it was a mistake. The price dropped from ₹49,500 to ₹40,600 in a matter of days. Not cool. Well, I don’t regret it too much, but that’s my only gripe with this action camera, other than the touchscreen, which was awful before the firmware update.Now, to the good stuff.Build quality: GoPro cameras are built to last, and HERO9 is no exception. It’s a bit heavier and chunkier than its predecessors, and it feels really solid. You won’t break it anytime soon. And once again, the lens is now replaceable if you ever happened to damage it. — 10/10Image quality: Photos and videos look amazing. Super crispy and detailed. And the GoPro colours are also really nice, I like them very much, but that’s just my personal preference, you can also shoot with a flat profile for more control. But you’ll need to tweak some settings to get the best out of these tiny cameras.And if you’re planning to use HERO9 for travel vlogs, it’s freaking awesome. Just make sure there’s enough light, especially if you’re shooting indoors, or else the image is going to turn out super noisy. Action cameras are not meant for indoor use anyway, but you can turn down the ISO and it’s very usable with the right setup. Also change the Anti-Flicker to 50 Hz if light sources are flickering indoors, but this will also change the frame rates.And, I don’t want to go over HyperSmooth and other features, like Hindsight, TimeWarp, Slo-Mo, etc., they’re all awesome, super-useful features, nothing gimmicky. — 9/10Battery performance: Ugh… well, it drains pretty fast, but it’s certainly better than HERO8. But you’ll need to buy more batteries (which aren’t even available to buy on Amazon as of writing this review) for sure. I think having at least two more batteries is good enough for almost any kind of situation. And, you can also use the camera while it’s charging, which is great if you also happen to have a power bank.A FEW BATTERY SAVING TIPS:I keep the screen brightness at 30% to preserve battery life. You can also turn off the front screen if it’s not in use, as well as the GPS. — 7/10Mobile app: The GoPro app is top-notch. It literally does everything, from files transfers to firmware update to video/photo editing. Offloading speed is already pretty good and GoPro is working on a firmware update set to release in December 2020 which will make file offloading even faster, almost 20-30% faster. Yay! — 10/10And there’s more, but I’m done here. I bought it for 49K and I still think that it’s worth every single penny. Love it!

Worked great on our trip to the Northeast.Can’t wait to see what it does on the catamaran trip. It’ll be awesome.

My son wanted this for his birthday. We use it on every vacation we go on. He puts it on his chest and has captured the best pictures and videos - alot of spur of the moment pics and videos! I'm so glad we got it for him, would definitely invest in it again!
