Product is turning of after 10 minutes... customer care is good..but service centre experience is not good.better go for other varient or other company

Heating coocking process is smooth and there is no problem but material quality button quality and glass quality is very poor if any one looking for long use my advice is don't go for it...

HI THEREThis V-Guard induction cooktopvwas purchased 7 months ago & I'm sharing my personal views & experiences hoping it could be helpful for you.Price Paid 1775rsSeller V-Guard Ltd.COLOUR & APPEARANCEBright black colour .I'm attaching pictures for your reference. (Pictures are taken today).Looks compact & good.QUALITYIn built quality is excellent. The cook top is light weight & sturdy.HOW DOES IT FUNCTION?Very good. Boils water & cooks food much quicker than a gas top stove.It has pre set cooking menus along with manual temperature control.According to me it works optimum in manual setting.Some of the pre set temperature menus make the food burn (especially roti).( Of course this is my individual experience )All stainless steel & induction based utensils can be used on this cook top. Very convenient. While cooking, the utensils do not become very hot (unlike gas top ). User friendly cook top I would say.ANY NEGATIVES?Some of my Futura hard ionised cooking utensils didn't work on this as described on the website. It shows error code.Other than that no negatives.FINAL WORDIn built quality & very easy to use quality are the highlights of this induction cook top.Full value for the money paid.Easy to maintain as well.Down portion has a fan & that needs to be cleaned periodically .Would I recommend if you are interested in buying this?
