Very good quality

Build quality seems good based on 1 month usage. Haven't seen any signs of rust in the bits yet, although it's too early to tell. The range of bits in the set means you may not need other screw bits for working on items in the domestic household. Have used it for woodworking and electronics, and have always found the right bit for every type of screw so far. 4 Philips and Pozidrive heads should handle all screws of these types. And to finish off the set, you have flathead, hex and Torx screw bits. The torx and hex bits will help in working on electronics, but its not very diverse and you'll probably need to buy a separate set for more screw bits. The magnetic bit holder locks the bit in place along with any steel screws that you want to screw in. Effective at its job, since you need to apply some force to remove the bit from the holder. Grip handle is good. Cushion grip would have made this better - probably the only thing that needs improvement. A better grip would help in not bruising fingers on extended usage for hours. There is some storage space for holding bits inside, that you can access by unscrewing the bottom. The handle contains the ratcheting function. Not intuitive initially, but works once you understand how it works. The ratcheting works in both directions - the screwdriver shaft is locked when turning in one direction only and rotates freely in the opposite direction, which is useful when you want to screw in but want to avoid removing the screwing accidentally. This functionality works through the collar present in the top of the handle. The ratchet can also lock the shaft so it doesnt freewheel in any direction. A short instruction note would have helped in understanding this functionality.

To be honest,the product build quality is worst mort than I expected,the ratchet mechanism have a plastic holder if we put little much of pressure it will shatter!(I'm did put pressure on it) very disappointed!!!...BOSCH SO PLEASE KINDLY IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF IT OR DROP THE PRODUCTION.

Perfekt für zwischendurch oder die Küchenschublade Das BBB - Bosch Billig Bitset. – Keine Probleme seit 2015. Update: 25.04.2018 : Immer noch alles in Ordnung. Ein Torx Bit ist jetzt ausgewechselt. Kurz: → Praktische Box → Preiswert → Praxistauglicher Mix → Qualität ist erstaunlich gut. Diese kompakte Bit-Box mit Bit Ratsche ist tatsächlich für den Preis von etwa 15 EUR eine echte Alternative. Das wichtigste Teil zuerst, die Ratsche. Ein normaler Bit ist 25 mm lang. Die Ratsche Mit eingesetzten Bit ist etwa 30 mm hoch. Zudem ist dir gesamte Griff + Kopf der Ratsche sehr glatt verchromt. Bis auf den Wahlhebel gibt es eigentlich keine Kanten oder scharte Grade. Mit diesem Werkzeug verkratzt man so schnell nichts. Perfekt für den sauberen relativ leichten Job. So mal ohne Gewehr , alles bis ca. 15-20 nm Drehmoment sollten kein Problem sein. Etwas mehr geht vielleicht auch. Ganz klar Radbolzen löst man damit nicht. Die Bits sind erschreckend gut für diesen Preis. Es sind 19 Bits + 1 ¼“ Adapter enthalten. Und der Tx Bit hat etwa 1500 Schrauben hinter sich. Wenn man sich die Bilder anschaut ist das hübsch. Ein normaler Wera Bit sieht dann auch nicht besser aus. Nach 2 Jahren ist noch kein Bit unbrauchbar oder gar gebrochen. Die Nüsse. Ja sind vorhanden. Klar die gehören nicht in den Schlagschrauber. Es sind 4 Stück : 6mm, 8mm, 10mm und 13 mm enthalten. Die 13’er Nuss sowie der TX 30 Torx sind beide Vielleicht für die kleine Ratsche etwas ambitioniert. Aber es geht. Und meistens hat man ja noch etwas anderes da um die Schraube erst einmal lose zu prügeln. (Aber bitte nicht auf die kleine Ratsche hämmern das mag diese gar nicht) Die Box selber ist ordentlich Verarbeitet, natürlich im Rahmen dieses Preissegmentes. Die Box hat einiges hinter sich. Dazu auch etliche Touren im Sprinter. (Der nennt sich so weil manchmal hinter auch etwas springt.) Erstaunlicher weise ist der Klarsichtdeckel nicht gleich zersplittert. Was wohl auf die Gummierung zurückzuführen sein dürfte. Bei der Gummierung dürfte es sich um das TPE (Thermoplastische Elastomere) wie an den Handgriffen von z.B. der Akkubohrmaschine handeln. UND es hat sich nicht nach 2 Jahren abgelöst wie z.b. beim Wera Schraubendreher. Wenn man auf den Bildern betrachtet wie die Gummierung am Klarsicht-Deckel eingekeilt ist. Was für ein Aufwand. Der Deckel und der Grüne Boden sind mittels Scharnier mit Metallstiften verbunden. Auch dieses ist noch nicht gebrochen. Der Grüne Boden hat leider kein „Gummi“ an den Seiten. Trotzdem ist dieser relativ Robust. Zumindest die weiße Einlage der Box dürfte vom Kunststoff her bis zum Anschlag mit Glasfüllstoffen voll sein. Die Kunststoffklammern haben die Verchromung der Ratsche regelrecht Weggeschliffen. Auf diesen Teil kann man vermutlich Messer scharfen. Zudem bietet die Box noch etwas Platz für Dinge welche man sonst schnell verliert. Z.b. einen Kleinen Bohrer oder den guten Wera TX 40 Bit welcher noch in der Maschine steckte. Vervollständigt wird das ganze durch einen normalen Bithalter / Verlängerung. Die Box passt in die Hosentasche. Bei nicht allzu brutaler Behandlung funktioniert alles super. Perfekt für den schellen, kleinen Haushaltseinsatz. In der Küchenschublade übersteht dieses Set vermutlich Generationen. Wenn man so etwas wirklich täglich braucht würde ich eher dieses hier von Wera empfehlen. Nur mal ehrlich wie häufig braucht man so etwas. Recently I required a selection of hex bolt/screwdriver bits to remove these type of screws from the rear of our washing machine, however, after looking through my collection of tools and driver bits it was soon evident I didn't have the hex bits needed to remove the screws and unfortunately was forced to use heavy duty pliers to remove them which was incredibly difficult to do as getting good purchase on the oxidised and rusting screws with unsuitable pliers was a total pain in the rear! The pliers continually kept slipping off the edges of the screws and in the end I had to give up as some of the screws were firmly seized. Eventually I decided that having a good quality set of hex screw driver bits was a must so later that day I had a browse on Amazon and some time afterwards found a selection of Bosch bit and driver sets which had been discounted by a reasonable amount so after studying my options decided to purchase the Bosch 46 tool bit set which I hoped would suit my needs and hopefully had Bosch quality 'built in'. The time between making the transaction to receiving my order was only a few days if I remember correctly which of course was very pleasing. Since then I have been using the Bosch bit set along with the manual ratcheted bit driver often and had no problems removing those remaing hex screws from the washing machine with only a modest force nessesary and I wondered why I hadn't bought a bit set like this ages ago! Also included in the set are a useful array of various screwdriver bits such as phillips head, pozidrive, torx and hex bits which all secure tightly in the end of driver shaft due to being conveniently magnetic. The driver handle has a twist off cap too so you can store a variety of your most used bits within. Very handy. Although the product is not made in Germany I guess the Bosch plant in Taiwan has adhered to the required quality control measures insisted by Bosch because the parts within the case look very well made. I would recommend this product.
