Exactly as advertised. The only reason it does not have 5 stars is because the previous brand that I used had a cherry flavor. This is more of an acquired taste. Not bad. Just not what I am used to. Otherwise, this is the perfect answer to my mild B12 deficiency.

Did not spray because the sprayer tube was missing. By the time I figured out how to open it, I was not sure if it was sealed properly or not. You need to look at it with a magnifying glass before you open it.

I got this brand's Vitamin D spray and loved it (it tastes like papaya, btw). But this B12 spray is gross!! I really, really don't care for the taste. It's almost bitter. I honestly don't want to take it, which is saying something for me because I usually have no problem taking unpleasant tasting things if I know they're good for me.

I have been looking at a more convenient way to take supplements and decided to give this spray a try. At first I was skeptical, but it seems to be working as expected. It is a much more convenient way to take supplements than pills or liquid drops, but work just as good.
