Very good, comfortable keyboard.
I do not need a fancy keyboard with countless useless features. I just want a good, durable keyboard that feels good to use, sounds nice, and will reliably work for years. I have found that Logitech has been delivering on those expectation for year and continues to do so with this keyboard. My only gripe is that it is not compatible with their Unifying Recievers. Bummer. That means that I have to use an available USB port to connect this keyboard to my machine, rather than using the reciever I already have for my mouse. I could have bought this in a kit with a mouse, but I like the mouse I have but the keyboard that it comes with is not so good. I am having to mix and match. That is on me. It would be nice if Logitech stopped trying to outthink consumers and just made keyboards and mice all work with the same unifying receivers, but whatever. I wanted a simple keyboard. This one is simple. It is a step up from their K270 which is an office workhorse. The biggest difference with this one is the palm rest. If you are a lazy bum like me, you don't hold your wrists above the desk to type like you should have been taught in typing class. No, your wrists are collapsed and resting on the desk, giving you carpal tunnel syndrome, sore palms, and arthritis. With a palm rest, your wrists are slightly elevated, making the physical punishment of office work just a little bit less severe. Like all Logitech products, they have done a good job making a durable, reliable keyboard. There is a good tactile feel. The haptics have not been ignored, but they are not perfect. Just fine at this price point. The sound of the keyboard is ok. Not a nice snappy click, but more of a hollow, plastic, tap. Its fine. It gets the job done, but in a quite office, it is far from silent and can sound a bit like a squirrel trying to get out of a lunchbox. Even though it might not seem like it, I am really happy with this keyboard. I had to replace my K270 when my assistant dumped coffee into it. I chose this one because it was basically the same but with the palm rest. I like the palm rest. Even though it is just hard plastic, it feels nice. It has a nice texture, no sharp edges, and it transitions nicely between the keyboard and the desk. My typing speed is up from normal too. I recommend this keyboard if all you are looking for is a basic, but good keyboard.

Yes, This is Why!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Performance. Straight up, dependability. Keyboard functionality: Bought a cheaper brand, no good, keys not functioning properly, kicked myself for not sticking with the dependability of the Logitech, only keyboard I have use for 20 plus years, period, case closed on that.

Perfect keyboard.
Works exactly as it is supposed to. It is very comfortable. And it has that satisfying "click" of the keys!

Very Disappointing
The keyboard arrived in the correct package, but after removing the plastic cover there was a mark/scratch on the keyboard. Then after removing the battery protector strip, I realized the supplied batteries were dead (I tested them on another device), as nothing was happening with the keyboard. Keyboard didn't work with fresh batteries, either. Pretty sad, because I thought with a name brand, things would be a little better than no-names... OK, got the replacement keyboard. The keyboard On/Off does not light up, so the only way I knew it was on and working was when I started typing. Again, the provided batteries were dead. Ladies and Gentlemen, do not waste your time buying this keyboard. I don't care how well it works, the quality is poor, and I just don't feel like going through the return process AGAIN.

QUIET, FEELS RIGHT TO THE TOUCH AND THE PALM PAD HELPS A LOT.
I LIKE IT SO FAR, MUCH BETTER THAN THE LAST ONE.

Good feel but no longer supported through Logitech's newer App
This keyboard is an older model and only supported by Logitech through their older SetPoint App (which is also no longer supported by Logitech) and does not work with the newer Logi Options+ App ... when I tired to see if the newer app detected the keyboard I get an error saying "Lifespan Exhausted". As long as you can still get and use the Setpoint App you can customize the few keys that are customizable, otherwise will work ok without customization. As far as the keyboard itself is concerned, I like it because the keys have a slightly longer throw then many of the newer keyboard and semi-tactile feel (I have two other same model keyboard that I use with my other PCs). Many of the newer keyboards feel mushy, such as most laptop keyboards, which for me is not desirable. If you want a newer more fully supported keyboard (though supported as standard keyboard in Windows), look elsewhere. If you want a keyboard that doesn't feel mushy and is comfortable to use, this might work for you.

Solid Unit for a Fair Price
A basic keyboard at a very economical price. It is not for my primary computer so I did not want to spend a lot of money on it. Like every other logitech keyboard that I have bought, it is well built, was well packaged and connect to the computer with no drama.

Great keyboard for typing
Another quality product from Logitech. This keyboard has a tactile feel when typing and has nicely sized keys. It also has a built-in wrist rest and an on/off switch on top that comes in handy when I want to clean my keyboard. I also like the calculator function key. Not bad for $40. Only suggestions I have is a padded wrist rest and a sleep button.

Not what I expected
This product was not compatible with ThinkPad. First purchase did not come with a USB receiver and the second purchase did not connect via Bluetooth to any wireless devices.
