This compact magnifyer works well. It fits in my pocket, the light comes on automatically when I slide it open, and it is just strong enough to make reading most things easy. I am very pleased with it.

This was a gift for my sister whose eyesight is deteriorating due to a disease. She carries a small magnifier with her to read small print and in dimly lit restaurants to read menus. This is so much better than the unlit magnifier. It's small enough to not take up much room in her purse and very lightweight too. While the magnification is not overly powerful it is strong enough for her to read ingredient labels in stores. The package arrived in good shape and on time.

I am completely satisfied with the magnifier as it is helpful with reading restaurant menus, brochures, and any small print when I am away from home. The magnification could be a little stronger.

This is the second time I bought this magnifying class. It’s one of the best I found. It’s so to use. I can carry it in my back pocket or I could put it in my purse, and I don’t have to worry about the glass. Getting scratched. It’s worth of money. It’s made well. I would buy for gifts.

This is a terrific little light, but almost impossible to change batteries. On-line instructions show to just pull off the battery cover to gain access to the battery compartment. However, the instructions I found failed to mention the presence of a very small screw holding the end of the cover. I was not able to loosen the screw, and had to force the cover off, ruining the location of the screw. Since the screw could now not be used, I put the light back together using a spring clip to hold the cover where the screw was located. Still working great as a light, however, and the lens provides a very accurate magnification.

best hand magnifier I have bought. Warning about screw loosening should be clearer. Company offers extra battery set and extra magnifier if respond to offers enclosed in box. These emails bounce!!!!
