yesterday i received a product and took a pill and got a severe stomach pain.After consulting a doctor i got to know it was a infection caused by this product. i never had a problem digesting omega 3. So take it with your own risk. All other reviews seemed to be doubtful as others nutriherbs product like shillajeet, safeed musli also got the same reviews and even same lines for 3 different products.

Good option for vegetarians to get DHA
Omega 3 is an important nutrient which is difficult to get in vegetarian diet.It is so important for joint health, brain function, good skin and they are rich in protein also.It is an antioxidant and so anti ageing also.Some members in my family are still rigid about not using fish oil and flax seed oil is an alternative but algae is quite rich in DHA and may have some EPA also.Now they are using one capsule before lunch daily although the recommended dose is two daily and .....definitely there is reduction in joint pain and they are more active.This is a good option for vegetarian but yes keep in mind you may not get enough EPA. But still a good alternative.The capsules are easy to ingest. The packing is good.I recommend.Hope this is helpful to you

Good buy
It seems to help in immunity..This is the 1 st bottle and has no side effects.Could be used longer to see value of use.Though it doesn't look like the regular omega3 as it is plant based.so covering is opaque
