This cut and sift dried ginger root is now my craving every morning. The aroma is wonderful and the taste is premium, especially compared to the powered tea bag options. I steep in 24oz of water for at least an hour, add the juice of two organic lemons and two table spoons of honey. Hooked! Easily finished the bag in under 2mo.I refilled my 16oz glass jar to reduce the number of times I had to open the package. Purchasing again.
