Perfect entry level mobile
I bought for my mom. The device is great. I dont know why people gives negative review about performance and charger. It clearly says that, no charger and its not a flagship too. Expect basic performance like, video calls whatsapp and UPI etc. It has very good OS.

I had to face a lot of hardships.
This phone was arrived on 26th November at that time it had some percent battery which I used and after that the phone got switched off then I tried a lot but it did not turn on and then I talked to Amazon customer care who told me to show it to Vivo care, it will be fine there, Vivo care is with us. It's 50 kilometers away from there. When I went there they opened the phone and found a broken motherboard inside for which they charged me 4000 rupees. Now this phone cost me 12000 rupees. It would have been better if I bought it from a trusted shop, I would have got a good phone and I wouldn't have to go through so many dramas, there would have been a full guarantee from that shop. Amazon service is very poor. I never used to use it, just a few days ago I started using it, in which everything in my other orders got resolved, now I will never use it again. very bad service
