After reviewing lot of products on Amazon, I purchased this product in the month of Sep-24. My usage was very minimal as I generally used it during my evening walk. By July 25, the issue started. One of the earbud stopped charging. Also It kept connecting to the phone even if it is put back into the charging case. I tried doing factory reset, but it did not work. Since it was still under warranty, I finally contacted Boat customer care. I was very happy that they promptly responded and got the product collected from my doorstep. After verification of the issue, they sent me a replacement unit (same). So far it was a very happy scenario. But then came the shocker. After hardly using for a month, the new replacement unit again started having the same problem. By that time it was Oct 25 which means out of the original warranty period. I contacted customer again with the hope that they will be very concerned why the same problem started in the replacement unit. But instead of that they simply washed their hand stating that now it is out of warranty and they cannot do anything. It is not a cheap product compared to so many earbuds available in the market, but for some reason I feel it had some engineering issue. I dont understand why a company like Boat focuses on manufacturing so many models rather than focusing on quality of their product. So I wasted my money on a product that has some design fault. Feel cheated. It is now not possible to trust Boat and I am sure next time I buy a earbud, I will look for other manufactures. Just wanted to alert any potential buyer about the issues I faced so that they take a informed decision when selecting this product.

Overall nice headphones with good quality sound and noise cancellation is really good for someone gaming on mobile devices can be recommended to be used to. Nice quality and functionality.

I bought it for 999 in GIF sale and below here are the review Audio:- Audio is great and have clear and decent voice where you can have a well balanced bass and treble. Either you use it on Phone or on Laptop you can enjoy the perfect tune of the rythm and music, the bass doesn't just booms it sync with a perfect coordination (Rating 9/10) Quality:- Build is great with sturdy and hard case, the metallic finish on earbuds are cool and premium which gives you a positive noticing look wherever you're, the colour is premium and decent (Rating 9/10) Ease of Use and Fit :- The Buds doesn't give pain to your ear when you use it for long time, i use it for Classes, Music, Running, Travelling and a lot more things on everyday use and it doesn't bothers my ears to suffer, the Earbuds doesn't support Boat App feature so i would call it a drawback but also a positive side because it doesn't drains your phone battery as the Ambience and ANC feature gets activated through the tap and hold feature and works perfectly on any device either PC or Phone ( Rating 9/10) Battery:- Just don't worry about it you'll get insane usage and long lasting battery, as I don't know when i charge as i can use it for weeks !
