I work at sea as a vessel captain and spend long amounts of time seated on the bridge of my vessel. This product is an absolute game changer. I suffered a bulging disc in my lower spine, which affected my sciatic nerve a few years ago. Since then, my back has been very temperamental to being seated for long periods. Especially if I slouch. This product stops me from slouching and really targets the muscles around my lower back, with a combination of heat and a massaging effect. It's really soothing, and hopefully, in the long term it will help prevent further discomfort, spasms or herniations of discs. My only complaint is that it makes me want to go to sleep 😂

Its small, light ,portable and comes in a box with a handle. This massage pillow can be moved into position easily and can be used on various parts of the body calfs, lower back , arms and neck as it has a vibrate and heat setting . The massage from the pillow is more relaxing than that from the large chair massagers which tend to go deeper into the muscles. It would be ideal if it came with or you could purchase a car cigar lighter adapter which would allow for a back massage while you were driving long distances and perhaps a longer power lead. We already have two other units from Snailax, (a Large on chair massager and a unit that drapes around your neck ) and I have found that they are constructed to a high standard. The pillow will now be used when I am sitting in my chair at the computer or even on the sofa whilst I am relaxing watching a TV programme . The price of this massage pillow is in my opinion very reasonable, we all need a bargain these days.

Excellent product for the price! I use it everyday during my work and it fits perfectly on the position I need on my office chair!

Used it twice once a day and burned my back. Now back and forth with daily dressings. Can't recommend this product.

I bought this to share with my son as I needed a massager for my neck and shoulders, and my son needs it for his lower back. It works really well on tired or tight muscles and the heat really helps too. My son has said it's helping his back. It's definitely making a difference for us and I would recommend.

This is a good product, very well made, good design, easy to use and durable. However, unfortunately I had to return it as the back arch took up a lot of space and was not comfortable in the small chair that I have, and so I didn’t fully test all features. This is a great product if you’re looking to use it for a larger chair or a sofa, but if like me you plan/planned to use it for a smaller desk chair then I would recommend to get one of the regular heat/vibrating chair paddings as they offer better flexibility.
