Damages from shipment
This is the second AC I received. Looks like a good unit. The first was damaged and broken so I returned it and ordered a replacement. The replacement is also damaged, I will take it apart soon to see if anything is broken inside. I suspect that damages come from shipment because it is heavy for one person. This unit was on its side with a broken strap when it was delivered. I found more damage, looks like box was dropped multiple times. I will have to return this one also.
