This was easy to assemble with provided tools and only took about 5 minutes. It is sturdy for adult use (kids tried too and thought it was fun!) but also lightweight enough to easily move around home gym. Good quality price to mix up workouts at home.

The crunch handle is a bit light weight, and the foot pads should probably be mounted a little lower than the holes provided from the factory, but other than that it's a very functional situp bench for this price point. I'm happy with it. Overall, it's lightweight enough to hang up on the wall of my workout studio when I'm not using it, but sturdy enough for my 215 lbs. to do situps just fine.

I picked this up to add to my teens workout room. It’s something she uses a lot when we’re at the gym so I wanted to have one for her at home as well. It went together very easily and feels strong and sturdy. She uses it at least 4-5 times weekly and still enjoys having it at home. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of the bench. I like it, and I’ve been able to use it multiple times with my Smith machine and overall it gets the job done. The only complaints I really have is I’m about 5’11 and I’m too tall for it. It really needs to be for somebody about 5 foot eight.The only other complaint I have is the angle of the pad for holding your legs in place when doing decline stuffIf they were angled downward more, it would give you a stronger base for doing heavier weightWell, I continue to use the product, yes. I wish there was some changes to it, yes.

I love this bench! Doing sit ups on this is so much easier on my tailbone and because it's declined i get a great range of motion as well. It has a great weight limit and it feels sturdy (not wobbly when exercising). The pad is thick but not too thick and assembly was easy.

I guess you get what you pay for in a sense, so don't expect gym quality with this thing. For a home gym, this will suffice. I weigh 230lbs and I'm 5'11", but this thing has no issues holding me. Overall a solid piece of equipment for a budget home gym.
