I have severe stenosis in my low back and thoracic outlet syndrome in my upper back. I have tried many ways to deal with the pain without addictive pain medication. One of the most helpful devices I've found are Tens units. I've tried several and found this to be the best wireless unit for a number of reasons. 1. The battery duration is good. 2. The pads are very flexible and retain their adhesion much longer than similar products. They conform very well and are light weight enough to stay in place during normal daily activities. 3. The app is easy to understand and simple to use. 4. The buttons on the device do not protrude and will not be triggered by sitting or laying on the device when placed on your back. 5. The variety of mode options is helpful I also use wired units that perform well, but they have limited application due to the wires. I can wear this device in almost any setting without issue. This is far and away the best wireless unit I've found. Highly recommended. ADDED 3/26/25 I'm adding the method I've discovered for retaining adherence of the pads. After use, spray with rubbing alcohol and immediately wipe off to remove oils. Then lightly wet the pad with water before storing. This works with all types of pads and is better than washing with soap and water.

I didn’t have great expectations for such a small tens unit. But I’m very happy with this one. I’ve tried several and was tired of all the tangled cords. Perfect for lower back and puts out a fairly strong current. I like the app, easy to use. And so many functions to choose from. Impressive battery life.

Bought this to replace my medical tens unit that stopped working. So pleased with the purchase. It works great, and was so easy to set up and start using. I love how many settings it has, and how strong it is as a unit.

I have had other tens units but none compared to this one. No cords. Just place it, turn it on and use your phone for one of the many settings. Helping me very much with my lower back pain and piraformis pain. I'm so glad I bought this!!

The Wing patches cover a decent amount of space, but they don’t seem to stick particularly well after just one use. I have washed them and they regain their stick but it’s a pain to have to wash them even after just repositioning them. The tens unit itself and the app are great. Good strength with a ton of configurations for pain relief and a solid battery life. Just don’t love the patches.

The pads' stickiness have lasted at least 4 times now and it is getting less secure. Otherwise it works well and is easy to use

Amazing TENS unit! No wires!! You use an app on your smart phone to control it. I have worn it all day with having to recharge. After you use the sticky pad, with it with a wet paper towel and it will be sticky again. It reactivates with water so you can actually use the pads many many times. The unit is a nice size and you can’t see it under your clothes. It has a ton of programmed setting to try. This unit gives amazing pain relief!! This is the best one I’ve bought yet!

Works very well and is compact. Will be able to use it out the office on my lower back while working.
