A must for your personal gym. Never got this pump and concentration. The product is very light weight and the strap is adjustable. The print quality and paint quality is also good. But when I performed my bicep exercises today, It was one amazing experience, must say. Never saw my bicep this swollen ever in mirror while working out. Total concentration are on biceps and really manages well to separate shoulder or any other body parts. Your posture goes a little leaning towards front so won't recommend with extremely heavy weights.All the best guys, go for it! 💪🏻👍🏻

Good Product, Sturdy material and allover a nice deal.You have to set it right and in the correct way to lift with the biceps and also if you want to go heavy, sometimes i lift very heavy in curls and it stays in place and the strap and lock are all in place. This prevents you from cheating and helps you in lifting with the biceps brachii only so as to put it in maximum tension. The foam sometimes slips because of sweat but other than that, this is all good.So if any problem arises, set up correctly, then it will be stable and then grip the BB/DB'ls and then curl with only the biceps, if you swing or try to cheat/jerk then it can come off.I've been using it for almost a year now, it is intact, the strap, lock and foam are all in place in spite of the heavy poundage it endures.Note: The Pics Below are after 1 year of heavy Usage.

It has the pads to support your triceps and working out with this will be a whole lot easier. Those Spider Curls will now pay off and add serious mass to your biceps.As always, Amazon's delivery is flawless, the product arrived in its pristine condition and way before estimated delivery time.Go for it, the product is so damn good.

Ordered this product for Arms workout as I was not getting that required pump at Gym while doing Biceps. I used this product and with hesitation I can say it gives you result on the first day itself. With the help of arm blaster it engages that arm muscles which otherwise would not give you pump.Regarding the quality of the product the metal is good quality. The padding for the arms is also good. But only thing I would suggest the USI Team that the adjustment strap to be more intact and should have provision for adjustments on both side. It's only having adjustable strap on one side. That's the only thing I missed in this product. Otherwise, it's a good buy at affordable rate.

The finish isn't good when it comes to the rubber support on both the arm rest.I think for person with average height like me (5.6) setting it to the right need gets difficult and needs multiple tries.I does get uncomfortable if used for longer period of time especially the back of your neck where the band/belt rests.If not used properly it does hurt your ribs, so be careful when you lift heavy weights.This product actually does help you concentrate on your arms and grips them well if its properly adjusted.I did find it effective when compared to traditional arm workout.
