Excellent job with out white cast.
I does an excellent job. It is very thick an a bit hard to squeeze out of the container. The price you pay for the sunscreen working so well.

Spreads easily. No white cast. Non sticky. Expensive.
Spreads easily. No white cast. Non sticky. Good sunscreen, not so great skin lotion. Expensive. Saw no improvement in skin tone after using the entire tube on my neck over a period of several months. I have mild neck wrinkles and a little bit of "turkey neck".

Price is too high
It’s magical and feels so good on the skin. One of the best sunscreens for the body I’ve ever used. The only reason it’s not five star is the price is absolutely ridiculous.

Well for $54....
zinc oxide is a holy grail, especially if you are up for the mineral based sunscreen. One skin made excellent formula with decent texture (well still not for everyone), also with pretty good water resistant. So let's see what they offer us. Ingredients: It's CCTG and some long chain fatty acid based sunscreen. So it's water free, and organic solvent (meaning oil, not in terms of product category) based product. It contains 14% of the zinc oxide, some waxes (natural) and extract, and used sodium benzoate and phenoxyethanol for the preservative. It's pretty clean and doesn't contain any chemical sun protectants (they are generally irritating for super sensitive skin) so in terms of ingredient, this product is very clean. Texture: I think some will like and some will hate. If you like refreshing texture sunscreen (like many Korean sunscreen) then this product will be definitely meh. It's based with oil so it's very oily and thick and due to the 14% mass concentration, it leaves obvious white cast. Effectiveness: I mean, any sunscreen with water proof label will protect your skin for a certain period of the time. What I didn't like about this sunscreen, it gets flaky and peel off like dead skin with peeling gel. I am not really sure who would want that happen but at least in the water, it protects skin pretty well, as good as other major brand. Final Thought. For the price point, I would expect not only good ingredients but also good texture. It works well, but so does other major brands that you can find in CVS or Walgreen with fraction of price. I am not really happy with this sunscreen. If you like a little luxury, then probably you can try out but I would not.

Outstanding and Overpriced
At least they are honest about the price but $54.00 for 3.4 fluid ounces is . . . simply breathtaking. As I held this in my hand I realized that no matter how much I might like this there is no way I would pay that much for sunscreen. But let’s talk first about the product and why this might be worth its price for other consumers. According to the CDC, most skin cancers are caused by invisible ultraviolet light. It is one of the most common types of cancer, with over 5 million cases reported each year in the United States alone, but it is also one of the most preventable ones. First, it is made in the USA, an important point for me Second, it is made by a small business; I like supporting new and small businesses. Third, this company not only makes what seems to be a great sunscreen but it does so with an eye to environmental impact, something that has been neglected until now. I admire their care about that given that sunscreen is much more commonly used these days than when I spent a lot of time in the sun. The SPF (sun protection factor) is a measure for how well a sunscreen protects against sunburn, mostly UVB rays. So if you would burn after twenty minutes, a sunscreen with 30 SPF would (theoretically) extend that to 600 minutes or ten hours. But there are other factors: once a sunscreen is on your skin it begins to break down. It can also be rubbed off and swimming or sweating affects it, which is why we are told to re-apply it every two hours. This sunscreen is a mineral (sometimes called a natural one), meaning it contains only titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, or both as active ingredients, and there are no safety concerns about them, according to the FDA. My concern about this again goes back to the price. Consumer Reports recommends about an ounce for your body or more simply, a teaspoon per body part or area: 1 teaspoon for your face, head, and neck; 1 for each arm; 1 for each leg; 1 for your chest and abdomen; and 1 for your back and the back of your neck. If you follow that recommendation, the 3.4 ounces will not last long, especially if you re-apply it. In addition, I found the lotion thick enough to be difficult to get out of the tube. It took a LOT of squeezing. And while I am not finished with the tube yet I am probably going to have to cut it open at the top to get it all out; at this price I am not leaving any behind. But it goes on beautifully, looks and feels fantastic, and worked extremely well for the limited amount of time I spend in the sun. (I do not lie out in it or play sports such as tennis or hiking or biking, preferring to save those for early morning or late evening when the sun is minimal). I definitely recommend this IF you can afford it. Alas, for me, the idea of spending hundreds of dollars over the summer for sunscreen is a choice I will not make. A shame really, for I really like this and can give this five unqualified stars.
