Not Sure
Used product to take up minor, fresh oil stain made the previous day. Applied product, strictly follow directions, and realized that they never specified how thick to apply it. The photo on the bottle shows a very heavy application - 1/2” plus thick, but wonder what the optimal amount really is?Didn’t come close to drying in the 5-8 hour timeframe suggested for outdoor use, and even adding a couple more hours for indoor use, it was still very moist when I decided to clean it up. At 12 plus hours I would have expected it to have dried, but no luck.It did appear to lift the fresh stain, but until the floor dries, its hard to tell. Better instructions would greatly benefit the user of this product.FYI, stuff must be either strong or toxic - major warnings not to get it on skin or even breathe the dust from product, when and if it dries. Results: The “after” photo is attached and represents what is cleaner did to a stain produced by a biodegradable, plant based lubricant (Ballistol) which leaked onto 22 yr old concrete. Considering this a “best case” scenario, it did not eliminate all of the stain, but cleaned area overall, and left a whitish outline after being scrubbed down with powdered laundry detergent and hot water (it’s great to have a hot water outlet in your garage!)Could this products weak performance be that it wasn’t working on a conventional petroleum oil stain? Would be interested in knowing the answer. Regardless, this might have been an unusual application, but my overall rating remains the same.

WASTE of money!
Having used Pour N'Restore in the past I thought this was about the same. This ripoff does not work. I used this on a stain made by a neem oil mixture for my tree sprayer. I had used other products and the stains were 90% gone. I should have quit while I was ahead. This junk made the stain return! I tried it on smooth concrete for a regular lawn mower oil stain. WORTHLESS Save your money! Had good luck with RUSTOLEUM driveway and Concrete cleaner. A V O I D

Doesn't work as well
I've used a similar product that cost more. Since I saw the cheaper price tag, I hoped that the quality would be just as good. Instead, it barely did anything to pull the oil stain from the concrete. I used up the entire bottle on a small oil puddle and it barely lightened it. I used the other oil lifting product that cost double this one and it did what it needed to. Save yourself the money and go with a different brand that costs more, but will definitely do the work.

Don't expect miracles.
Came highly recommended, but I was unimpressed. It picked up some oils, but black stains remained. If oil without staining is your floor's problem, go for it.

Product says it works best when the temp is over 50
Made a noticeable difference on my driveway's large oil stain. Product says it works best when the temp is over 50, but it still worked well for me on a 45 degree day. I also pressure washed the stain immediately after sweeping up the residue. Will buy one more round and wait for better weather in hopes I can get the rest of the stain out.
