Good quality and useful for back support. Ordered for my Grandmother and she uses it for climbing stairs and when sitting for long period if needed. She mentioned It was aiding her while walking and sitting over long periods with less back pain now a days. Fit as per the charts were correct. Is adjustable and one needs to follow chart. It is easy to wear and my grandma has learnt it and finds no issue in wearing it properly

I recently got diagnosed with sciatica between L4 & L5. Ofcourse its something a lot of use with desk jobs face post the age of 35. Now the doctor suggested me to use a LowerBack support belt for faster recovery & during long flights. After a trying out a few belts - I finally settled for this one. The Tynor belt has been helpful indeed. Be it sitting long hours at office or even during driving. The central spine support isnt very stiff however - but it offers adequate support to keep your posture correct. Plus the price, its a very good offering. Sizing : this is possibly the most important & yet the most misinterpretted part. Here is how to solve it. Stand straight, use a measuring belt, wrap it around your stomach/abdomen area and measure the circumference. Mine was around 37inches. Hence I ordered the size L. Check the size charge. Also, once you wear the belt, trying sitting down and see how tight it is around your abdomen area. Double straps: the belt comes with 2 elastic velcro straps for added support & strength. Once applied, will stay in position for hours. The material is also breathable however will cause discomfort in summers due to sweat. Gladly, the velcro bits are well isolated from the skin so there is no irritation that I faced thus far. I have worn it for hours at a stretch and I was able to wear it with ease. Overall great value for money & it did address the issue for me.

Es la segunda faja que compró de esta marca, es muy resistente, tiene buena calidad y es duradera. Le doy 4 Estrellas ya que la caja de empaque venía rota y maltratada. La devolví porque me quedo grande pero volveré a pedirla en una talla más pequeña. 🙂
